I would highly recommend Fedha Residences by Trium to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, quiet, and safe place to stay in Nairobi, Kenya. I especially enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Virgia. It was delicious and nutritious. The staff at the reception (Daisy, Evelyn, Vivian, and Gladys) were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The security staff (Paul and Cecilia) were also very friendly and professional.

The breakfast was good enough though sometimes it could be a little cold. The location was very superb plus the receptionists have a high level of customer care because they made our stay superb. All the time they were at our beck and call and helped us to know which places to visit. We were made to feel at home all the time we were at this residence.

Try as I may, its a little hard to find anything that discomforted us. Our stay was very good for the days we pent at the residence and we cannot in any way complain.

Excellent stay. The compound is safe and clean. The staff especially were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend staying here. It is also very close to many nice restaurants and cafes.

I stayed in two fedha rooms: one night in the small single room, and another in the apartment. The single room was comfortable enough for what it was. And the apartment was exactly what I needed at the time: fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Besides that, the team at Fedha is amazing. They went above and beyond to make my stay unique and special. And they made! I would definitely recommend! Great value for money!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was so sweet and very nice. Everyone with whom we had any interaction was incredible and kind. If we needed anything, they were right there to take care of it.

The bathroom could use some tuning up and a fresh coat of paint.

I enjoyed my stay at Fedha Residences. Breakfast was well prepared, the room was neat and well equipped and the staff were so pleasant and helpful at all times. I hope to go back in future.

The sofa was too low,old and not comfortable Two of the The dining table chairs( legs) were very loose.

- Helpfull staff - Good location, supermarket, small mall and gym are in walking distance - big appartments - high security - equipped kitchen

- wifi doesn't reach bedrooms (no phone in bed lol) - water equipment is very old and needs maintenance, 1 shower and 1 sink weren't working properly, giving hot water only; basically unusable; kitchen water tap was falling off if you try to tilt it

The staff were exceptional.

Nothing, however the breakfast was ordered from outside and then sent in boxes. Better presentation can be done.
