Great location , very attentive staff. Clean rooms , large variety to choose from at breakfast and dinner. The cafeteria at reception had a large variety of cakes , pies and mandazi . Coffee was excellent quality. The ambience was extremely relaxed. Reasonabke price.

Restaurant on floor 7 did not have a large variety on the desert menu. The terrace are was not totally protected against rain and wind on the ground floor , rain kept spraying the tables near the edge. No face towels in rooms . .

The hotel is conveniently located along a lively main road, near shopping centres and restaurants with plenty of things to do in the area. It's a busy area but not overwhelmingly so. The staff are absolutely incredible - warm, helpful, polite, friendly, professional. The breakfast was great. I quite liked the gym's equipment.

Good breakfast with all the basics. We enjoyed the gym very much, great space and nice view. Also the swimingpool at the roof was great. The staff was extraorinarily kind and serviceminded. It's great if you just need a few nights in Nairobi. Quite and calm location.

Staff are good and polite. Particularly like the service to the rooms. Fast and effective.

As an ex hotel owner. I don't think the concept of the Mezza Bar and Pablo's works. I not like Indian/Turkish food. I was disappointed because i wanted to eat from the rooftop and could not because my preferred menu was in Pablo's, which is on the ground floor. Sending food up from the ground floor is not an option. I think this needs to be looked at. I am sure I am not the only person who has been disappointed by not wanting to eat in the Mezza Bar. All guests should have an opportunity to eat at the rooftop. Would recommend dual menus or making all food available in one menu.

Friendly and accommodating service from the staff. Great views and an amazing rooftop. Multiple lounge areas and lounge areas open till very late.

Limited breakfast options. Food was not too good. Service took too long.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, very helpful and made the stay truly pleasant. This is definitely my preferred hotel when travelling to Nairobi.

The customer service at this hotel is really excellent. I was consistently impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Not much not to like. The evening set up of the upstairs restaurant following workshops took some time, so it was occasionally difficult to find a seat up there without waiting for some time.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent, very prompt and efficient.

The Aircon was not terribly efficient - the room stayed quite hot. The location is quite far from anywhere without access to a car or taxi. Couldn't really just pop out to a shop or restaurant.

Breakfast was very good, concierge, Daniel, was outstanding

I didn’t like that the pool was in and around the bar area- really no chance to “relax by the pool”
