The hotel is a great value for its price! Really clean and modern, with AC rooms which are spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is great but they even let us order outside food delivered in the hotel. I would recommend this property. Plenty of parking space. Its dog friendly.

The only downside is the location is a bit in the residential area and far from the center, but there is a train station right outside the hotel, so this should not be a problem.

Amazing. Was extremely worried when we booked and then checked reviews afterwards which aren’t great, we were going to get a refund until we found out we couldn’t… Well I’m glad we still choose to stick to Hotel da Vinci and am absolutely clueless as to what the bad reviews are talking about. Besides the fact it’s not purple, the building is gorgeous and the decor is inside is pretty nice too even if it’s on the darker side, still stunning. We were welcomed by very friendly receptionists and the check-in process was simple and quick. We then made way up to our room, this is the part we were worried about … as we entered the room we were very impressed by the decor, stunning bed frames, a large beautiful bathroom with a waterfall shower. Keep in mind we got the cheapest room rate. Beds are huge and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and very very clean. The only downsides of the room was that the aircon didn’t work and the wardrobes are built strangley so you can’t open them fully but this really did not change our opinion on Hotel Da Vinci. At this point we were baffled because we were expecting the worst due to reviews left by clearly very picky people. There are trains, bus’ and metros available, although I do recommend the metro which is 15 minute walk but very quick metro ride to Milano Central. When we returned the hotel we thought we’d check out the restaurant & bar area. Yet again, stunning and great food which isn’t too pricey. The service wasn’t the best in the restaurant but they were busy and we could tell the manager/supervisor was trying his best to keep everything under control. You can also order food to take up to your room if you’d prefer that. Overall the Hotel Da Vinci has really impressed us considering the price and is definitely great value for money. You definitely get what you pay for and if we return to Milano we will be staying here again.

Staff was helpful

Initially I was booked into a room on the 8th floor that had a strong stench however the staff were able to change my room after raising the issue at the front desk.

Great breakfast

The room is super spacious, I could bring 2 large luggages and there wouldnt be any problem opening both at the same time. There is a train station right behind the hotel so thats very convenient. The bed is nice and they have a single bed aside from the queen size, I have no idea why but I used it to rest after a day out and before shower so the bed is clean.

I think the heater is too hot during the winter. But I think it automatically switched off around midnight and the window can be open to bear with the heat.

The hotel is near the highway, you can quickly exit to the roads heading to Como or Garda Lake. The metro station is not quite far away, in 10-15 mins you are there and it has direct line with the Duomo. The hotel has a restaurant but the offer is not quite diverse. Prices are good altough.

Altough it is a 4 star hotel the hotel was similar to a 3 stars one. Once arrived in the room, tired after the road we noticed that there aren't enough towels, only 2 instead of 3. We have made the reservation for 3 people so they should have been prepared for receiving the guests and not to put us in the situation of asking for additional towel, soap and shower gel. There are no slippers, shower cap, tooth brush, nothing else beside shower gel and soap. The breakfast was not included in the price so we decided to pay extra (15 euro each person, same price for the kid) but it wasn't that great. There were few things to choose and the fruits for example were not that fresh. I wouldn't recommend it. The temperature from the room was quite high, and the bathroom vent was not working.

I like everything in this Property the location is the one that I really like , love Comasina ! It’s not in the city but just 20 minutes away and accessible to metro, bus are just in the front and you get to walk to this lovely place . The staff are incredibly amazing from the reception who’s very happy to assist all the time ! The food the bar , the drinks the room everything is exceptional, I definitely be back and absolutely glowing recommendations to my friends! Thank you for making my stay unforgettable , shout out to the housekeeping team keeping my room tidy and clean all the time ! It’s was so comfy that I don’t wanna leave the room .

The hotel was amazing. It was decorated in a lovely stylish way. The continental breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and only €15 per person. The hotel was in a great location , very close to the train station, only a few minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly . The room was lovely, booked a double but got a suite . My partner proposed to me in our room when we arrived so this will always be a special place for us.The bed was huge, I've never slept in a bed so big and it was really comfortable.The shower was amazing as well , very big.

We didn't have a kettle in the room , it would of been even better if we did. Although on the last day when we checked out , we noticed a hot water urn with cups near the reception area so at least we know for next time.

it was very nice, the room we received was bigger/more spacious than we expected, everything worked perfectly and the beds were comfy! it was nice to have facilities for food/etc downstairs too which came in handy whilst we were settling in.

there were unidentified stains on the wall, bugs in our bathroom & the staff miscommunicated with what time we needed to check out by saying 12AM “in the morning” in their words, instead of 12pm in the afternoon (which led to a €80 booking going to waste as we needed to choose between going to that event which we couldn’t get money back for or collecting our luggage)

The hotel itself was really nice. A big room, big bathroom, great breakfast (lot of choices) and an amazing restaurant (with lots of dishes and all of them really tasty). It was really nice coming late from having walked around all day long and then not having to worry about dinner, being possible to order room service, etc. The hotel is far away from the city center but you can be there in 30 mins (8 mins walk to the subway and then straight to the city center).

To be a 4 stars hotel, some basic things were missing: you had nothing in the room to make yourself a cup of coffee and/or tea. They do not provide some basic bathroom products (they provide only one hair product that is used as shampoo and conditioner at the same time and then soap). No bathrobes, they gave us only one pair of slipers (for a room of 3) and the same happened with the toothpaste which was tiny and not replaced during a 5 days stay. So, although everything was great, it did not feel as a 4 stars hotel.
