The staff was great. Our first encounter was with Oggie. Y'all, he's a keeper. Friendly, helpful, very personable, and he never lost his professionalism. Dakota and, please forgive me if I get her name wrong, Maggi were lovely. And we couldn't be more pleased with the cleaning staff - we didn't want service daily but they were wonderful when we needed anything. Teco, in the bar, was friendly and attentive and mixed an excellent drink.This was our third time at your hotel. Hopefully, not our last. Good luck to Teco and Oggie with their Canadian citizenship. They'll be a benefit to Canada for sure.

Understanding that staffing in the 'off season' is a challenge, we'd've loved it if the bar were open regularly. Other than that, we're pretty happy with everything

Location was stellar!! Couldn't have been a better location. The staff was amazing!! I went to the hotel with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and we were treated like royalty!! I interacted with two individuals, one when we checked in and another when we checked out, and they were both extremely courteous and helpful. They were positive and very welcoming. As for the room it was large, spacious and cozy. I know that my wife really liked that the towels were soft. In our travels on other occasions we've come across linen that was hard as rock. The towels were very nice. Little things like this make for a more enjoyable time. We WILL be back!

Something I really loved about the property was the staff working there, they were super friendly and were able to accommodate a room for us although we had booked for the wrong dates. The restaurant in the hotel is fabulous is tastes good and looks delicious totally recommend it. The interior of the hotel is just as good as the exterior I like the location of the hotel and how it is near a lot of tourist attractions like the rotary park and the radium hotspring sign near the roundabout the view from the hotel is amazing. However I can thank the staff enough, don’t know the name of the guy who helped us out but he was amazing.

Food at the restaurant was very good..everything fresh and plenty of it! The staff at the restaurant were awesome and exceptional.. how nice to be served by people who are friendly, helpful and enjoy their job ! Can’t say enough good things about them. All the staff were very good, at the lobby and the cleaning staff as well. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

The carpets in the hallway could have have been better, they were kind of shabby looking

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Room was very nice. Large bathroom, very spacious room. Food in the restaurant was spectacular. Location was very nice, it was a great place to stay for us and our visit to Lake Louise.

The property allows pets and we had a dog owner in the same hall that I can only assume would leave their dog in a kennel when they went somewhere and the dog would whine and yip. We did not contact the front desk or staff as I knew that it was not their fault or responsibility to keep the dog quiet, so nothing against the property or staff in any way.

I loved the location, you could leave your vehicle in the parking lot and walk right down Main Street. The restaurant in the hotel had fantastic food. Will be staying here again.

My only problem with the hotel is the wall mounted TV was on a fixed mount and it could not turn to face the bed. My wife and I were on the edge of the bed trying to watch movies together.

Great location in Radium and high standards of the hotel and excellent staff - in particular the lovely man who checked us in at reception and the restaurant staff for both dinner and breakfast. The room and facilities were excellent and we had an extremely comfortable stay. Although we hiked instead of taking complimentary bikes due to time, we thought this facility was also excellent.

The hotel has a great entry, properly cleaned, people welcoming! Literally located on the main street. Hotel contains restaurant, spa, hot tub and pool as well as gym which is great! Everything looks nicely maintained and in order. Also, there is a vending machine,ice, pop machine, washer, and dryer. Nice choice of cosmetic products in the bathroom. The parking lot is really specious.

There were no towels on the pool or in the gym. After asking the receptionist for some, we were promised he would bring them to the pool. After one hour, he still didn't show up or send someone. I went to take towels from the room and was unpleasantly surprised there were only 3 and room was booked long time ago for 4 (2 adults 2 kids), so I had to ask receptionist again and was provided with 1 towel. It seemed like the towels were really precious at the moment. I still don't understand it. Also, in my opinion, there should be changing room and shower by the gym and pool.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, big parking lot, great views from the room, nice fluffy towels, very spacious room (able to fit two sets of golf clubs, a cooler, two suit cases and a random assortment of packages without any issues (in a King room).

The A/C machine was very loud, even on the "low" setting. Made it a little difficult to sleep at night. We also had a flickering light, but it wasn't a big deal. We forgot to tell the front desk, but I have no doubt that they would have attended to it right away if we had remembered to mention it.
