The hotel did not find my booking.com reservation even though I showed them the confirmation email. It took an extremely long time to check in because of this. Also, there is parking in the garage to check in. After parking, the door to enter the hotel was locked and we pressed the better for assistance. Took over 2 minutes for someone to open the door.

My first stay was excellent, usually stay at the Ritz Carlton when in Tyson’s however I will definitely stay here again. Parking could have been a little more convenient since there is a up charge for parking however overall excellent experience.

Up charge for parking and prime spots were reserved for other Buisness not hotel patrons. Only parking options other than wegmans garage.

Clean and spacious suites filled with comfy seating, art, and many other thoughtful details. Excellent breakfast with lots of options and plentiful coffee. Outside the 11th-floor lobby is a lovely but windy oasis with a dog park, mini-golf, beer garden, and a big screen for sports/stage for cover bands. Great space full of good vibes.

There is a learning curve if you've never used an elevator with an exterior keypad, you will need to tap your card and take the assigned elevator or you may be in for a ride.

my Wi-Fi. it was slow but more than that I couldn’t connect my computer. phone yes computer no. I called and it took two days to get a work around. and even then they didn’t show up first or second day until my fourth call and never showed up again as promised to look into it. just disappointing as I was working from the hotel. they didn’t seem to care and follow up.

We loved the look, the vibe, the smell, the feel, the room layout and comfort, the views, the gym, the outdoor spaces on the 11th floor, the breakfast (!!!), the garage integration, security, privacy, air quality, honestly we were wowed by the facilities.

The fact that the security deposit was charged ahead of time and took several days to refund.

Great location short walk to metrorail that runs to and from the airport/ into the city centre. A also very close to the wolf trap shuttle bus that runs to the Filene centre. Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great shower. Breakfast buffet with good selection. Would definitely return to stay here in future.

The staff at the check-in desk were very helpful and polite. I wasn't sure if I parked in the correct space and they were very helpful to make sure I wouldn't be ticketed or towed. The food at the bar was very good, I suggest the Tokyo chicken and the Brussel sprouts! The bartender was helpful and patient with my friend and me as it took us a little bit to decide what we wanted. The room was great and clean, the facilities worked, and everything exceeded our expectations. Love the water boxes in the fridge, it was a nice environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bottles.

I kinda wish the water pressure in the shower was stronger? I understand it was one of the rain showerheads, but sometimes I felt like it wasn't high-pressure enough to get a thorough clean. Bathrobes would have also been nice, the room was amazing so I kinda expected there to be some? Both my friend and I were slightly disappointed but it did not detract from our stay at all,

Superior service helping us out with medicare situation, very friendly and always ready to help. Very much appreciated from perspective of family of 4 with 2 children. Highly recommendable and definitely great location to visit downtown with nearby Metro location. Great breakfast, very attentive staff, clean room and very spacious suite.

Higher price but still great value for money ratio.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. Very classy and modern. I was very impressed with everything. The restaurant was very nice along with the bar. The staff was very friendly as well. I will return!!!

My only compliant was the wireless charging stations in the rooms... The seemed like they were all connected and hooked up, but non working.

clean and great build out, enough variety to make most people happy, I would appreciate some organics, and more options on the fresh, raw diets.

Not having a pool, but it wasn't missed too much, BC the gym was solid, and the bike you had for me I rode a few miles around town
