Quality Inn Thornburg

We haul horses, so it was nice to have a spot to park our truck and trailer. It was in a good location. The desk clerk at check-in was great. It is an older, dated facility, but they tried to keep it clean, etc. my co-driver is handicapped and the accessible room was on point.

The only thing that I would change, is that my door was hard to close/lock.

The service was exceptional. I arrived late in the evening and the front desk was open and waiting for me. The rooms were ready and the area was quiet. What a lovely night sleep

TV remote was not working well

I know it was a continental breakfast, but a little protein would be appreciated.

Bathroom could use some work up.

Convience and clean

Outside of door close to lock appeared like someone had tried to break into room from outside. Door jam near lock was spread from door entrance.

Staff was very friendly even though we arrived late. Our room was ready even with handicap request. Very comfortable.

Location was great

The room needs to be thoroughly dusted around the lamps and bathroom vent. They seriously need to vacuum around the baseboards.

There's cheaper rooms at other places but the staff is super nice so I don't mind paying a little more
