The Trump is located one block from Waikiki Beach. I'm not a beach person, but I know from past experience that the hotel can accommodate any plans to go to the beach, which is open to the public in most places in Waikiki. The Hotel is located at 223 Saratoga Rd, a short block away from Beachwalk Rd. and two short blocks from Lewers. Both those latter blocks have multiple restaurants and shops and are a short walk from the main activity street of Kalakawa Avenue. Also, right across from the Hotel are other hotels, and a Starbucks is right across the street. In other words, The Trump is in the middle of the action. I reserved the least expensive room, but I requested that the bathroom have a walk-in shower, rather than a tub-shower. The Hotel, at no additional charge, upgraded me to the "deluxe" room (Room 1412) with the requested walk-in shower. The rooms are roomy, and the bathrooms quite roomy. Each room has a balcony. My bathroom had two sinks with plenty of counter space. (Not every bathroom in the "12" series has the double sink). Each room has a nice kitchenette, so if you want to cook, you can. I don't cook while on vacation, but I did use the refrigerator a lot for keeping my water bottles cold. The refrigerator also has a small freezer section on its bottom, and I kept two ice cream pints frozen in that section. Housekeeping is great. The entire staff, from front desk, concierge, and ground floor (valet/bell) are friendly and always ready to help. I have stayed at the Trump for many years, although this trip came after a 5-year hiatus from going to Hawaii. I have always enjoyed my Trump stays.

They upgraded our room for free since it was our honeymoon and it was beyond amazing! full ocean view, beautiful facilities! we will be back! The staff was beyond friendly and very knowledgeable about everything from the hotel, to the surrounding areas! We couldn't have asked for a better honey moon! They put rose peddles all over the room for our first day!

The room was beautiful and spacious. The view from our 2 balconies overlooking the beach and the city was absolutely spectacular. Check-in and check-out was easy. The valet guys were great. Room service was good too.

They gave away my oceanfront room but upgraded us to a suite. The room was awesome it just wasn’t oceanfront as I had reserved, more of a partial oceanview and partial city view. I’m not complaining but why give my reserved room away?

Top Location.Near to everything...top shopping, top restaurants...ice cream, beach. The room was outstanding, any thing we needed it was sent to us. The concierge was oustanding with recommendations and reservations.

the only thing that has to be improved is the pool area, it must be larger (bigger pool) and with a better pool bar. It lacks the "Trump" high quality standard. needs a cooler/stylish environment.

The hotel staff is really nice and helpful. We have a late-night flight to get back to Canada and I originally propose to book one more night so that we can keep the room longer. The front desk gave a late check-out instead! Saved me hundreds of dollars. The room is spacious and clean. The half-ocean view is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay absolutely and will stay again on our next Christmas trip to Honolulu.

The pool is too small. A bigger pool will add more attractivity to a Hotel by the beach.

Everything was amazing! Arrival and check-in was so easy! The hotel only offers valet parking, but we loved it. You just call down and they have the car ready within 10 minutes. It makes leaving and arriving so easy. When we arrived, valet not only parked our car, but also brought our luggage to our room. At the check-in desk we were offered lemon water and candies. We were walked to the elevator and shown up. Our room (ocean view with balcony) was gorgeous. The room was very clean. The hotel offers cleaning services once or twice a day. We chose once a day. The staff organized our toiletries every day and did the dishes for us. (Not at all expected & so kind!) We left a note with anything extra we needed and it was in our room by the time we arrived back for the evening. The hotel staff was so kind and overall just amazing to work with. We loved our stay and 10/10 recommend. We look forward to going back!

Located at the beginning of Waikiki keeps you away from the foot and car traffic. Soaking tub is one of the largest in Waikiki. Included washer & dryer in the suite. Valet overnight parking is cheaper compared to other hotels. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Kitchen appliances and bathroom finishes were premium. Three restaurants on site if didn't want to leave the hotel.

Really liked the hotel and staff. Nothing to really complain about except the 2nd bathroom didn't have a bidet.

The view from both partial and full ocean front rooms was wonderful and waking up to that view every day was priceless. The staff, all of them, were amazing. Housekeeping was so fast after some late night requests I have no idea how they could help out so quickly. The front desk, concierge, bell desk, housekeeping and valet parking folks all were very friendly and always engaged us with hello and enjoy your day. Many knew our last names and used them often when seeing us on property.

Small thing but would be nice if the pool was a bit larger. Put a few high energy kids in the pool and they monopolize it for adults looking for some quiet soak time. Maybe restrictions on hours for kids later in the evening should be for adults.

This is one of the best hotels in terms of service I stayed at. First of all the concierge is amazing you would rarely find such concierge service. They are polite, humble, professional, resourceful, very helpful, very punctual, knowledgeable. Front office and check in, again high degree of professionalism in handling your arrival smiling faces, very efficient, fast check in. We're checking out tomorrow and they kindly also extended our room by few hours. The entire Bell team are very supportive very helpful and most importantly always smiling. We did not have a dinner at the hotel but breakfast is good but nothing fancy. I always set Four Seasons Hotel as the benchmark of high quality service, this hotel in terms of its service can definitely compete with the best of the best. Thanks to entire team of the hotel.
