Ms. Dorothy and I have known each other for a few years now. We look out for each other. It's nice to have someone care enough to make sure I eat. I sometimes forget with the medications I'm on. Management also gives me a first floor room because they know I can't climb stairs very well.

It was not far from where I needed to be. It had the amenities I needed. Check-Out was smooth.

A little out of date. Check-In process needs to be more efficient. Burns in couch but I had a “non-smoking” room.

This is my hometown so I know that this small town is limited in places to stay. Every time I come home to visit, I always chose this Best Western location. I like that they have renovated the rooms since my last stay. The Mexican restaurant next to the hotel is definitely a bonus. They have great food and drinks!

Everything was as expected. Nothing bad to add.

I enjoyed the pool and space in the room and it fit my family perfectly! It will definitely be a go to hotel when stays are needed!

Staff was very friendly and room was large and roomy for our bigger family.

Key card acted up a lot and some things were a tad dated but nothing major. We would definitely stay again.

The location was close to the school where my child was cheering at for a game

The bed is too soft for my liking. Since my accident, I need a firmer mattress.

Light above sink didn’t work, tub drain cover completely broken off, big paint stain on carpet, and the water leaked out from the bathtub every time it was used to shower. Overall the room needs some preventative maintenance done.

Came here for a quick visit, enjoyed our stay, very nice staff at checking in, quiet place too. It was relaxing and comfortable.

The only thing was that the pool looked green, and we were looking forward to the pool. But that’s fine, wasn’t important.
