We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn Suites Decatur - Atlanta East. We loved the cleanliness of the room, the quietness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. The hotel location is awesome. It's within walking distance from a QT which is open 24 hours. We will definitely stay here again.

Not sure if the pandemic had anything to do with it, but we did not like the breakfast. Everything was basically finished by the time we got there each morning (early or late). The options were limited. We were also not too pleased with one member of the housekeeping staff. She was rude to us when we put garbage outside our door, not for them to pick up, but for us to remember to take when we left. She was very unprofessional.

What one expects of daily breakfast offerings. It was adequate. The location of the property was CENTRAL to our needs from shopping to visitations, to restaurants nearby.

Housekeeping to what we're accustom was NOT offered on a daily basis. The workers ONLY accommodated by changing the towels -when requested and emptying the trash. Upon checkout we were informed that daily housekeeping to include making of the beds, MUST be requested at check-in. Had we been informed, we would have requested and even paid for such services.

The pool, the size of the room, and the location. You're literally 2 minutes from I-20. Plus, there's a lot of places to eat and get snacks that are within walking distance.

The young lady at the front desk was not very friendly. We were having issues with one of the vending machines and asked for quarters since the machine was rejecting our dollar bills. It seemed as though she didn't want to be bothered.

The breakfast was not good. It was very basic with nothing hot. There was a hot waffle iron but nothing to make waffles with and no one on duty.

It was generally very nice. I wish there had been a way to leave on the bathroom light without the very noisy fan. The remote for the TV needed batteries but I was too tired to watch TV anyway and definitely too tired to go back to the front desk to get them, as they were not answering the telephone. There was not a comfortable chair to sit in. These are all very small things…

Room was clean but there was too much clorox. Smell was overwhelming

Bad customer service at the desk. Don't think she wanted to work at all that night. Didn't greet me or talk to me about anything as it related to my stay. Not good at all. The sad part she was there when I checked out and had the same attitude.

location & price

professional carpet being done while we were staying in the rooms and while we were away from hotel Fans running all night outside our door. very few options offered for breakfast and limited supply of what they did offer. warm coffee daily for 7 days never hot.

I loved how the staff did everything they could for us. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi tub for months and the jets ended up not working. It's alright though they have great customer service and that means a lot!

The jets in our Jacuzzi tub didn't work but we were told that we would get reimbursed for it so I am grateful for that tremendously.

The staff was very helpful patient and understanding I travel with my son and my mother we had a great stay here

Didn't like the firmness of the beds because I have a bad back

the staff, the room service was really sweet. I was moving slow on the morning of my check out and she didn’t rush me to get out or anything but very patient and sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she cleaned room 120 on oct 9th.

The room we had …had a jacuzzi tub which my husband was about to use until I looked at the jets, they were filthy!!! The tub also was clogged up that the water did not drain out until my husband cleaned the drain plug out!!!!
