I was charged an additional 60.00 which I was not prepared for upon arrival. I still have not got my fee back and it’s Sunday, July 21st.

Didn’t have chairs in the room, bed was too high, breakfast room wasn’t available.

No chair to sit and whoever stayed above me was really noisy all night and lot of bumping

The rooms were clean and the location was good.

The hotel staff charged us a $60 deposit but it didn't say that on the website. He said that it was on the website. He said it was due to people smoking in the rooms and it was a smoke-free hotel. I looked on the website and it wasn't on there. You can't treat everyone the same because you have one person disobey the rules. I won't be staying there anymore.
