The cleanliness in the hotel and the calm in the area, the staff was rather welcoming and discreet.

The internet connection was practically non-existent, impossible to open the Google search engine with the internet connection provided, better to be in 4G. and also was a little far from the city center but this was not too serious

Very centric area to stay at, the rooms are clean and the staff is nice. Great value if you're staying and traveling with a car since they offer free parking.

The area around is not the nicest, but it is safe.

The check-in and check-out was easy, it's a breeze! We arrived 1AM in LA and there were no problems checking-in, our room was ready and prepared. The place is quiet and clean enough and the room we rented is spacious for 2 people, good value for money. The area is near to a metro station, but getting an Uber was also not a problem.

The walls are not sound-proof and the floors are wooden so you should be very careful with your noise levels so as not to disturb other people in other rooms. There is a small window with shutters overlooking the neighborhood, it would have been nicer to have a bigger window for more lighting in the day and better blinds to lessen the noise that comes in at night.

The earth inn is gem. I like the that the roms were spacious and airy....clean with modern decor. The inn isn't in the best location but it offers a level of security that made me feel safe. It's experience, you must try to appreciate.

What i didn't like was the sirens, but if you can endure the constant activity of the coming and goings of the emergency room from across the streets, this is the spot for you. It's reasonable an comfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room. It was recently remodeled and the air conditioner worked very well. Easy access to the parking garage.

No breakfast offered. Only 1 vending machine. When asking if there were other machines, the hotel staff acted irratated that we even asked. Although we managed to get parking in the garage, it was very cramped and had we not returned early each evening, and was unable to get a parking spot, I am not sure where I would of been able to park. The supposedly bed covering was so thin, it was useless. It was made of some slick material and kept off the bed. And there were only 2 pillows per bed.

The room was simple, but worked well for our visit. It had all the necessary amenities and it was very clean. The parking was very useful and overall, it was a great place to stay.

The public areas of the hotel were minimal, but it didn’t matter much for the stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I like everything since the check in was so fast, no deposit required. Easy access from parking to the room by elevator. The room was clean and spacious. Excellent place to stay anytime I’d go to a concert in LA.

The tub was kind of slippery.

In a decent location, very clean rooms. The A/C went out in my room and they had me moved to a new room with a working A/C the second I told them.

Missing random things that are inconvenient such as having no storage (no drawers/closet).
