1. The meal was great. We had the rooftop burger, k cowboy Bloody Mary & my friend had the yogurt with granola. 2. The Hotel was clean. 3. The staff was very helpful.

1.Later that evening I went to the roof top bar and asked for a hotty toddy, my throat was super sore. The bar tender asked me to leave. 2.There was no counter in the bathroom or shower for toiletries or clothing.

Staff is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Every person on staff was friendly and made our stay amazing! The hotel lounge area and rooms are beautifully designed and modern. Definitely a place for young socialites to eat, work and hang out. Lots of vibrant furniture and eclectic art throughout.

Although well designed and modern industrial, the rooms are a bit small. There is no closet, so there is no place to store luggage. There is also no real space to eat in your room. No refrigerator or microwave. The rooms are made to have guests eat downstairs in the lounge or at the on-site restaurants.

Having the parking garage next store offer some type of validation for day and night stay. We had to repeatedly pay during the day while we went in and out and then again at night. It would have been nice to just have one rate per day with no restrictions

Nice room, most definitely upgrade your room or you won’t like their smaller basic rooms.

Walk way to my room to plain, should add some decor, other than that great.

Very stylish boutique hotel. Friendly bar and restaurant staff on the ground floor by the lobby. Extremely handy daily breakfast and beverage credit which can be used towards the cafe, room service, or at The Rooftop. I highly recommend the English Tea experience at Lilly Rose and a dinner or drinks booking at The Rooftop. The staff go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable

The location. Although its in a prime location to get around LA by taxi or car, the streets feel very unsafe at night time. A lot of homeless people in the surrounding area. Definitely avoid staying out late at night.

The three restaurants at the hotel made it easy for meeting up for networking brunches, lunches, dinner. The staff was incredible, from the front desk team, to the waitstaff, bartenders/bar backs, and housekeeping, the food was delicious as well.

Understanding that the rooms were tiny, the standing desk situation was not a great option. Comfier seating apart from the bed in the Urban King room would have been nice. A/C was a little loud and had to almost always be running. No real closet space.

Clean rooms, central location, comfortable bed and nice big shower.

Room was super small, nowhere to keep suitcases. Bathroom is made of opaque glass so couldn't turn on lights at night or would have woken up my husband. There was a coffee machine but no coffee or cups (or receptacles of any kind to drink liquid from).

The hotel was very modern, the staff (especially Mike & Ariana on the night shift) were extremely helpful & friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable & facilities were great.

The rooms were a little on the small side, the cold water tap didn’t run cold & we had to pay $25 per night additional but it could be used on the room tab which meant we had to drink/eat there each day to avoid losing it.
