Madu and his team make this property a lot nicer than it is. They make do with what they have. While some of the interior could be redone like the carpeting and that ice machine would have been nice since it was dead of summer. Madu and his team have 5 star hotel hospitality through and through.

I really enjoyed the staff they were really friendly and did their best to meet all my needs the room was very cute new bathroom fixtures were nice and clean bedding and towels.

When you first enter their is a smell that is similar to old people and cat pee and there were lots of flies in the entry way but this is we only due to the open door.

To little parking. My husband and I had to park maybe a block and half away from the location. On top of that it was really late and we didn't see a sign about parking between of certain hours and got a citation for $73.00 . They only had travel size bar soaps, no shampoo.

Parking was to few and no travel size shampoo.

The manager Madu was EXCELLENT!! I I had a spill on my suitcase and he took my clothes into the motel laundry and for the stains out, washed and dried them and delivered them to my door. He could not do enough for us. He was exceptional!

The bed was hard but the manager is working on getting new ones. We will still stay here again.

Booking was a cinch...location perfect for the harbor activities I attended....very clean n quiet ,.. served my demands being just the right place I will return.

Maybe I missed it but were there vending machines in the lobby?

Wonderful to have coffee first thing in the morning. That's all customers want. The renovated room was lovely and clean.

The only thing would have been better would have be waterfront but loved the location. The area was funky. Just the noise of renos.

I had a late flight and Victor was right on top of it. He assured me the room would be there and there would be no problems. He was truly an awesome guy.

I don't have any complaints at all. Victor was nice. The rooms were clean and the hallway was clean.

Loved the back patio overlooking the park and super friendly staff! I’ll definitely be staying there again.

Wish I could have stayed longer for a later check out. No real complaints.

I really like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room.

I didn't like the fact that I had to park on the street but it was not that bad.

NO PARKING. HAD TO PARK OUT IN THE STREET AND NOT PARKED ON THE SIDE THAT CITY SWEEPER WAS COMING BY THE NEXT MORNING. WAS A BIT WORRIED ABOUT GETTING A TICKET.
