The proximity to Grand Valley State University can't be beat!

I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and had a good experience but this time I had a couple of little problems. The faucet was broken--it would turn on with no problem but it wouldn't turn off without moving the handle around to find the "sweet spot" so it would turn off. And the toilet seat was so loose that I feared for my safety each time I sat on it! The cleaning person really should have noticed that when they cleaned the bathroom.

Very comfortable bed, nice, large room, great shower, very friendly staff, very reasonably priced.

Could have been a little cleaner. Maintenance comments: toilet seat was broken or loose, towel bar hanging to wall by a thread, shower door leaked. Lighting: LED lights very harsh. I like that they are using LED lights, but would prefer warmer light temperature. TV frustrating - difficult to go from channel to channel, very slow and not user friendly.

Very nice, clean room! Great place to stay! Comfortable beds, perfect location for our needs. Liked everything about our room.

Pool temperature was cold! My child swam, but I couldn't tolerate it. The breakfast was lacking. Juice machine wasn't working. "Hot" items were mediocre (biscuits & gravy, sausage, make your own waffles). It was just "okay".

My dislike had nothing to do with the hotel but with the people that were staying at the hotel the night I was there. There happened to be a basketball tournament in town and the college kids (basketball players) were rude, very loud and obnoxious all night long and could not get to sleep before 3 am. But the staff was great.

Loved the cleanliness..everything at the hotel was very central ..the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

I didn't like the pool was freezing..it was colder than the lake water..they told me breakfast was till 10am but didn't mention that is was only till 9 on weekdays..I wish all rooms had a smart TV.

It was easy to get to & was close to everything I needed to be at.

The only issue I had were that some of the students living in the college student housing next to it would speed & sometimes did not stop at the stop sign at the entrance as I was leaving to go places.

Our stay was very nice your staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.. the location was perfect for us..thank you for the hospitality we received.

Our stay was very satisfying but felt the property could be updated and better maintained.

The bed was phenomenal! I was VERY tired, but, pretty sure it was wonderful ;) The shower was pretty cool, too! Loved that there was a mini fridge.

I feel like, if people are making a reservation or trying to get a room after a certain time, the rates should go down. Not that it's any of your guys' fault.

This hotel is extremely convenient when visiting Grand Valley. It's nearly across the street. It's nice, quiet, clean. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast provided in the morning.

No complaints. It's a great price and convenient.

Location was very convenient for where we needed to be.

The toilet seat was very loose and dangerous, especially since it was in a handicap room. There was no milk, apple juice, or water available for breakfast.
