Quality Inn Grand Rapids North

we liked everything except what is listed below

came for the pool and hot tub, which were closed. we could of stayed closer to my temp job but we wanted the pool and spa. i got to use the pool only on saturday, but with the 2 upper windows open. that artic wind-chill came in and made it quite cold on my neck and face. we were shocked that no one reached out to US before we arrived to inform us of the pool closeure. also some form of discount would of been nice with the pool and spa closure. also it looks like they had a sauna that is now a storage room, they should bring the sauna back.

In the second room I was given, the air conditioning worked great. Facility was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Ease of check in & check out.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly in the original room I was given. The air was heavy & stuffy. The air conditioning unit was making loud noises & was very dusty/dirty. I asked for another room & was accommodated. The price is a little steep for what I received.

The breakfast was somewhat lacking. Both the sausage gravy and buscuits and sausage/egg muffin sandwiches were not very good.

The full length bathroom mirror became undone(it was previously only glued to the door) and fell on me before hitting the floor and shattering into hundreds of pieces. Fortunately, I was not injured.

The man who checked us in was very kind. The room was very spacious and we even had a balcony. I love how there's a McDonald's right outside the hotel.

The lady who checked us out was extremely rude. The sink was a little stained.

Room was very accommodating, pool area was relaxing and clean. The continental breakfast was a pleasant variety. Most of the staff was nice and not creepy.

The fact they held/charged an extra 119$ deductible for my stay then refunded it a week later.

Pool and hot tub were great. Staff were great. Location very good . Prices was very good.

Breakfast was disappointing. Choices were limited and it lacked healthy options such as fruit and yogurt. Only had plain oatmeal with no milk.

It was for the location. I needed a place close to the area I had to be in.

The only thing I didn’t like was the entrance driveway was a big mess with torn up asphalt.

The location an the service was very good

The house keepers need to do better at cleaning the rooms my tub was very dirty

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub were very clean and safe. The room was clean and pleasantly accommodating. The continental breakfast was satisfying.

The room was nice and facility was nice.

The breakfast was lacking healthy opitiins. The pool was ice cold and when i menitiin it i was brushed off.
