Everything was perfect. As hotels go, this one was great. Disappointed there wasn't a hot tub but I should've read more reviews before reserving. Otherwise, breakfast was wonderful, rooms are clean and smelled great, easy to get to, pool was fun for the kids.

Only 1 thing, the cover on our door key lock was broken and taped back on. It stilled worked but seemed concerning.

our room had dirty sheets on the bed no additional sheets for the trundle bed. went to front desk they moved us to another room had clean sheets but room smell like someone had smoked marijuana. I felt we should have had our room discounted for all the issues, but none given

Breakfast was very good. Different entrees each day. Very tasty.

The housekeeping staff should have come in more often to replenish coffee and empty trash and recycling.

Breakfast was better than the normal buffets that we have had at other Hotels. We never went out to eat breakfast.

The clerk was friendly, towels were soft, ability to log on to personal Netflix account easily from the tv, pool was shallow so smaller kids could play without worries of going over into a "deep end".

There were hairs still on the shower walls when we checked into the room as of it had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. We could hear water flushing loudly above us periodically. There were no sheets in the room for the pull out bed. No lower carb options for breakfast, like scrambled eggs.

The view of the lake was absolutely breath taking. We had the balcony room and will continuously request this room just because of the view!

The only thing we would recommend is that there be better and brighter lighting in the rooms. Each room relies on the lighting coming from the sliding glass doors leading to the outside as the lightbulbs inside are very sun which makes it harder to see inside when night falls.

Like the positive attitude of Arron and Rachel and realizing the challenge of breakfast it was very good. Overall liked it very much.

One of the lights in the bathroom was either out or they were not bright enough. The toilet seat clamp was loose and I tightened with a dime, however there was a red fluid which was nasty and hope it was not blood from the last guest. The "night lock" which swiveled worked by didn't look too great. Also when we arrived there was only a half of a roll of toilet paper, so I went down to the front desk and Arron gave me two additional rolls.

clean, very good free breakfast, comfy room, staff was very pleasant and made everything so easy for us.

No cleaning wipes in the workout area. Also, stain on the carpet near the couch in our room and the fan in the bathroom was very loud/needed to be fixed.

King bed is so tight to night stands that it is difficult to put fitted sheets on properly. This was not a problem for us but I'm sure the staff would like you to know.
