Baymont by Wyndham Grand Rapids N/Walker

We loved the breakfast it was amazing. The waffle maker and hot sandwiches were great! The cold cereal and bagels are nice but some people prefer more at breakfast. We also really appreciated the staff and how we were treated. Everyone we encountered was absolutely wonderful. The entire hotel was also extremely clean and nicely kept up. We were impressed.

The only room for improvement we felt was maybe some newer and more comfortable beds perhaps. Also maybe soon redo the carpeting and update the nightstands and entertainment centers because they are dinged up with scratches and wear and tear on them. Nothing to bad but in order to keep things nice you'll want to not let it get bad.

I recently stayed at a VERY expensive, and very well known 5 star golf resort in Florida, and this hotel blew that overrated resort out of the water when it came to cleanliness!!!! This Baymont is literally cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! THANK YOU!!!!

we stay here each time we are in the area. good price, nice breakfast. staff is very nice, and it is a decent stay for the money. we are only there to sleep and not to hang out at the hotel so it fits our purpose.

elevator is terrible. beds are very firm, my family liked that, I didn’t. room was clean, but needs to be painted. whole hotel needs a refresh, looks dated.

The toilet was not clean when our family of 3 arrived in the room. (Remnants of last visitor) There were not enough face towels and we were told they only had one person to do laundry. We had to leave a day early for an emergency. I spoke to the desk attendant Friday evening about our situation and she told us to check out and let the morning clerk know of our situation and it would take 3-4 business days for the refund. Saturday morning at 7:30 am came and manager on duty Eli stated there would be no refund and we needed 24hrs to cancel and that would have to be done through the third party. We were not very happy with our visit to Grand Rapids.

Close to downtown without being downtown. Check in was a breeze. The front desk lady was very nice. There were a lot of lady bugs in our window but I like lady bugs so it didn't bother me. There was plenty of parking, McDonald's and a gas station to walk to. Fridge, coffee pot, air conditioning, and microwave in the room, to go bag of complimentary breakfast, because covid. Decent stay for a decent price.

We found an empty food container behind one of the beds. There was no towels or wash clothes in the room (probably covid related). Other than that we didn't even use the pool or the lounge area because covid.

The room was clean. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator and a coffee maker in our room. Spacious area.

Would have been nice to have a few more streaming options, even for purchase. The breakfast could have had a little more variety. Good stay for the money. We enjoyed ourselves overall.

customer service was great. rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. I liked that the air conditioner was on when I checked in. it was 90 degrees out so that was a great surprise

they don't have enough towels or comforters. a few times they only had hand towels in the room and one bed didn't have a comforter. one room I stayed in the air conditioner's filter was filthy and so was the vent in the bathroom. the sprinklers spray into the pavilion and sprayed me on 2 different occasions. not that mad about that because it was really hot

breakfast was cold and they were out of things every day , so it was hard to have cereal they offered and no milk the hallways had bad stains of spills through out the floor we was on , But our room was very clean and people were friendly they were . lit up well

not working with time we arrived we had to go other places before we could get our room when one person said they would help us and when called on the day the fella was rude and would not not being able to use the pool also and breakfast not being there when said it would be

Staff Very friendly, hotel nice and clean. Location very close to the venue that we were going to.

Waffle makers down so breakfast options limited to cereal, microwavable sandwiches, yogurt. Even bread options were limited to just white bread.

I love the place itself the staff like they're all good except for housekeeping housekeeping sucks you need new housekeeping employees

Everything was good except for housekeeping this is not the first time this is now the second or third time that they have either came into my room or knocked on my door and told me or my guest that that room is supposed to be vacant and I need to check out and that isn't true they're not paying attention to the new sign in sheets or whatever it is that you guys have but they need to be more aware of what's going on with their job cuz it's getting quite ridiculous and I stay there all the time
