The hotel was beautiful and very clean and all the workers were friendly! We will stay again if going up there again. Breakfast was great both days!

There is only 2 things bad is on Friday night my son got stuck in the elevator which apparently is common and the emergency phone didn't work! The one time he forgets his phone and he was stuck in there for at least 20 minutes before anyone heard him. Also the pool wasn't warm lol

Breakfast was good, nice options on what to eat. Clean area and ladies there readily to help. Room clean and fresh didn’t have to ask for housekeeping came and changed towels and wash cloths daily. Pool very clean and bright. Everyone we met helpful and seemed to like their job.

Unfortunately our second night room above us very loud jumping, running taking shower constant running water. Put on footwear that made hard sound. Tolerated until 3:15 am about an hour. Called downstairs Betty said they would check it out and have them stop. Seems they did just that and then I tried getting back into a restful sleep. Peoples behavior was stopped by your associate appreciated readily responding but sleep night ruined.

Friendliness of the staff comfortable beds nice rooms good breakfast grandkids enjoyed the pool every nightwe were there it was quiet we didn't hear noise from other rooms or guests close to stores and restaurants

Could have used more wash rags and towels but we asked for more and they were happy to give them to us

The workers were all very kind, friendly, and helpful. Great location for shopping.

The noise in the elevator, was a little unnerving. Sounded like a loud clunk noise everyone it would stop on your floor.

Very nice gentleman checked us in. I wish I had his name. Big smile and friendly!

The first night we had to make up the sofa bed. No mattress pads and not enough sheets. I spoke to the front desk the next morning and they made the beds up for us with mattress pads and sheets.

It was very nice and clean easy access and accommodations.

Had to keep getting my key card redone after I used it at the exercise center or the back door it would not work for me at the room.

Clean and close to everything. Great value for included amenities

Ice machine not working and the strong chemical odor in the hallway. Bought a few items from the market and they seemed old.

Only thing I can say that needs work is the elevator makes to much noise and sometimes didn't work

Elevator was not working and I had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor after being on my feet allday working a 12 hour shift.

The location was perfect and felt safe and the parking lot was well lit.

Rooms could have been cooler or the air coming out could have been more forceful. We took a table top fan and it was perfect.
