They gave me a refrigerator which was very nice to keep my drinks cold. I liked it when the maid came and changed out the towels almost every day. The Valet employees were very kind and nice because I did not have any cash on me and they helped me bring my luggage up to the room.

Not enough restaurants or smaller and healthier meal options. I didn’t like the girl that checked me in she was snooty and young. I had never stayed there before and she never explained to me about the room numbers because they were actually five digit numbers but the Envelope she gave me only listed two digits they have a system with the tower number the floor and the room number together makes five digits. Not enough close enough parking spots to load up when you leave and have to haul your luggage to the parking garage.

we specifically requested a room with a vies over looking the lake on 3rd floor central tower, so we paid a little more for that but it was important to me, as we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. comfortable bed and plenty pillows and I even soaked I. the tub it was so relaxing. gaming room steps away was nice to. drove to outback for dinner tho. as the steakhouse at Harrah’s was way to expensive I love steak but not at $70 a steak I don’t. would definitely book here again.

couldn’t see any luggage carts anywhere and with my husband have bad back and bad knees mad it hard for us to lug everything up to our room. we felt like we ran a marathon. that was discouraging at an upscale hotel to not have any available or did I ever lay eyes on one or see anyone else using one. like they didn’t resist at Harrahs. hmmm

The north tower elevator was awful. I was surprised of the line that formed just to go up.A guest told me that tower was the worse

The price was great and the room was more than I expected. The front desk staff was was friendly and helpful.

The cost of eating on the property was high. $20 for a hamburger fries and a drink. $10 for a large slice of pizza. The elevators in the north tower kept breaking down or sounded like they were going to fly apart. On check-out day, both our keys stopped working but we hadn’t checked out. We had to wait nearly an hour to get that resolved. Fortunately, the Front desk understood and gave us an extra hour.

the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the concert venue was close the staff was friendly and helpful.

a few more options for places to eat, and definitely friendlier staff on the night shift at the place that serves pizza, the counter girl was very rude and almost threw our slices of pizza at us, she slid them across the counter at us. I spoke with her boss who suggested to her to calm down, all because she wanted to be done and end her shift.

The staff was very friendly. The casino was clean. The riverfront/beach area was charming. We visited a few of the other casinos while in Laughlin and we were glad we picked Harrahs. There are also a good variety of restaurants available.

Our suite had varius minor items in need of repair. Inconvenient and disappointing. We were automatically charged for valet parking when we self parked as valet was full.

Cost. Pretty much we plan out annual vacation a year out around the same time every year. This time the cost at the hotel caught our eye. First timers at this hotel.

Rooms were not kept very well. Made me a little nervous saw the fire sprinklers inside the room spider webs rust not looking like they had not been reviewed or inspected. I got two rooms that I asked for back to back cause we got one for my wife and I and then an adjacent room for my my boys. Rooms were to rooms apart. Worried all night. Did not get a good night sleep even after telling the clerk they were only 16, 14 and 7.

Room was clean, however the room required updating.

Only one chair in the room and the chair was worn considerably.

Checking in was easy and the clerks were pleasant and efficient. We were upgraded to a river view but could not see the river because the windows were too dirty.

There was a lot of deferred maintenance in the hallways with wrinkled carpet. The windows were so dirty we could not see the river. The selection of slot machines in the casino left much to be desired. The hotel still has not reimbursed me for the use of the internet which was included in the Booking.com price.
