All around good.

Found a large bug in my room. About 1 and a half inches long. Probably not the hotel’s fault. Bugs are bugs.

The room was spacious and very clean. The wifi was ok and there is a big parking lot so no worries about finding parking space. The staff was helpful.

It took me 45 minutes to check in. They should have more staff around check in hours to avoide crowds and long waiting time to check in.

there is no information on booking that your reservation will be cancelled at 3 a.m., so we must hope that hotel manager will find the solution and provide us a room (as our flight was delayed and we didn’t know that our reservation is cancelled and we were informed about it only on the reception once try to check in). there was a big chance to stay at the street at night with the kid.

THE CANCER CAUSING SECOND HAND SMOKE IM FORCED TO ENDURE INSIDE THE CASINO IS SO WRONG!!! I hate that ppl allow the government to inflict poison on us through chemical warfare. The hotel smells like an ashtray. It ruined my stay. PLUS the fact their outside hot tub didnt work. I also hate the security checkpoint at the elevator. Feels like im in prison. They also search ur bag for snacks at the pool. U can not bring ur own drinks nor chips. Like wtf! Im paying to be treated like a prisoner not a guest. Hated it.

The room accommodation and cleanliness were great. Staff was friendly. Plenty of places to eat in the casino and even though it was busy, all facilities: pool, hallways and slot machines were clean with staff going around sanitizing constantly.

The only cons are that, like other reviews mention, the elevators take SO LONG during check out and check in times. The rest of the day it is fine. It did not help that two elevators were not running during my stay. The other con is that there was water leaking out of the shower faucet all weekend. And it would increase when others around would start the shower.

I loved the pool & the amazing shower in the room. All the staff I spoke too especially the valet guys & bellmen were amazing, very friendly & it shows they definitely care about the guests.

I didn't like that there was a window looking directly into the shower. The other thing I didn't like was that there was alcohol by the pool and that the 21 & over pool wasn't clearly designated that it was 21 and over. I believe alcohol should ONLY be allowed by that pool not where kids are swimming

I only had 2 small pillows. I just wish they had better pillows

This hotel all it all.close to places to eat across the street, like Dennys, etc. Lots of restaurants in the resort also.clean casino area,pools were dirty because of the wind storm on Sunday, but it was to hot for us to use them. It was 42c or 108f and no shady areas.the rooms were Hugh. Everything was great.we didn't get room service everyday, but you just had to call them a nd they bring you clean towels, etc, they cleaned our whole room once in the 5 day stay which was good for us.

The room was great. I enjoyed the hotel.

The room was a little warm for my taste. I had to put the A/C on high to cool the room down. The room looked worn down. Maybe hasn't been renovated in a long time. I was on the top floor and heard a party going on at night. Most of the restaurants were closed and there weren't many options.
