The indoor pool is awesome for winter visits. We really enjoyed our dinner at Anthony's chophouse. The bartenders at horseshoe and sports book were very busy but still fast to get our drinks.

Our room, 515, on the 5th floor of the casino tower was very obviously aged and in need of attention. The toilet was running after every flush and needed to be opened and the flapper reset to stop the running. The toilet paper holder was literally falling out of the wall. The dressers and desk and wardrobe all showed the years and years of visitors use and abuse. When our neighbor in room 517 took a shower at 6am we were subject to an extremely high whining noise coming from the obviously very old pipes in the wall. I recorded the noise from within our room and outside in the hallway as well. It was a terrible way to wake up on our anniversary vacation

Easy access to restaurants.

Resort fee was 35.00. Room was 36.00. Final bill for 1 night was 86.00. From advertised 36 dollar a night. Should be more upfront than fine print.

Nice and clean, comfy bed, quiet.

TV in bedroom didn't work, towels all felt really stiff, and the check out lady was a little rude when we let her know the TV didn't work....

The staff was super nice and check in was easy with the auto check in kiosk. Parking is free and connected to the hotel thru a skywalk. There are four different places to eat and the casino is large and clean. There’s a video arcade, huge indoor pool with hot tubs and a large clean gym. Best of all the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The price is great. Oh there’s a bloddy Mary bar in the casino where you assemble your own drink with all the fixings. It’s across the street from shops and restaurants.

It’s not brand new or newly updated but the price reflects it. You can’t get any better for the price. So for me there’s nothing to not like

The room was large and the bed comfortable. Elevators were close by and easy to use. They had restaurants downstairs but too expensive. I ordered pizza from Dominio Pizza and went downstairs when the delivery guy arrived.

The bathroom floor was slick and had to walk safely across the floor. To listen to music on the TV they want to charge you for simple services that should be provided for free. Not a good view looking outside from the rear window. The coffee maker was defective and had to hold the water lid down and the k cup mechanism for it to brew coffee.

Fully remodeled and spacious rooms with a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker.

The distance from the parking garage to the front desk and elevators is very far to walk. I would have enjoyed liquid creamers for my coffee. The store in front of the elevators did not carry creamer to purchase either.

Clean, quiet, casino was not smokey, comfy bed, nice towels, great bathroom supplies, decent coffee and good pillows. Restaurant (Rosie's) served a really good breakfast. Casino machines played with you and they offered some nice resort style options. Overall it was a very nice stay. We would stay again now that we know how thenparking has chamged.

Parking was tertible with a trailer, and we had to call and get directions to it. After a 12 hr day it was too much. Condoms in parking area on ground. ck in poorly marked and miles away from parking. Self check in is a joke and even with a confirmation number thhey had difficulty finding us. Then would not even look at hubby's legal DL extension. We ended up using my DL. As mine expires in days we wondered what wr would do if we both used extensions

The bed was ammmmmmmazing and the shower was hot like we like it.

The elevators to the rooms were slow on opening and closing the doors, some people waited a 5 mins plus for an elevator to show up. We felt like it was possible to get stuck in them.

This place was great - the AC was quiet and adjustable so my sleep was better than in any other hotel, the room was quiet, which I always appreciate, the bed and pillows were comfy, the shower head was strong, the hotel employees could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and breakfast the next morning at the cafe was delicious. I had never been to Sparks before, so this hotel was a nice surprise. And the price was better than I could find anywhere else. I found my hotel in Sparks!

It was very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic.

They did not have any carts available to take our luggage to our room. After waiting about 30 minutes for someone at the table that we could have take our bags up for us we finally gave up and hauled them up ourselves and that was a huge building. Also the parking was not close so we really had to walk a ways.
