This is the location & hotel I stay at every time I visit family in Texas, the breakfast was good.

I really didn't have a bad experience or couldn't find anything wrong.

I have stayed at the Sleep Inn many times over the past 7 years. The employees have ALWAYS been nice, helpful and enjoyable. The breakfast is good and I’ve never gotten a room that wasn’t clean or uncomfortable. My wife and I really enjoy this place.

What I didn’t like has nothing to do with the Sleep Inn, I have booked my reservations for the past 7 years through Booking.com. This time when I made the reservation I made it with no cancellation; my granddaughter decided to go with us so I knew I couldn’t cancel my reservation but they charged me $23 to change to a double room. That is totally wrong, I didn’t cancel and they had the room, the difference in cost was $8 but Booking.com charged me $23. It’s for that reason I will no longer use Booking.com. I’ll use Choice Hotels app or Hotels.com.

Hi, the breakfast was outstanding I didn’t have to go out to go find a restaurant to eat. All I had to do was catch the elevator go on the first floor and enjoy my breakfast.

More towels in the bathroom it was four of us. The pull out bed was stained, and I had to go downstairs to get linen to make it up myself but everything else was OK and I would stay the next time I go back to Killeen.

Clean hotel aging alilttle, friendly staff the free breakfast is always nice.

There was some disturbance, people came down the hall knocking on doors (ours was one) looking for other people. The guest across the hall were smoking that illegal drug and the smell was reaching our room. Iv stayed here several times before that's why I recommend it. Still was a nice stay, will stay again. Just keep to myself.

Place was clean & not sketchy at all. They had working cameras so it made me feel a lot safer about staying in hotel & leaving our car. Also, breakfast was great! Thought it was going to be a simple breakfast like cereal and milk. They had a wider variety than what I assumed.

The beds are very springy, but regardless we slept well. I still enjoyed my stay there.

convenient location, breakfast was good, lady working the breakfast room was absolutely wonderful!

floor in room was filthy with stains and unidentifiable white stuff. Bathroom caulking around toilet was all cracked and not even against the bottom of the toilet, like it had been reset. loved one of the end tables to use as a card table and the back of it was FULL of dust and cob webs. I have pictures of the floor if this program allows. pillows were NOT Sleep in Suites pillows. Very disappointed.

The room was big and comfortable. The hotel was very accommodating! The staff was excellent and helped with all my needs. The breakfast selection was amazing!

I wasn’t able to get juice from the vending machine. I don’t drink pop but it definitely wasn’t a deal breaker.

As usual, the breakfast is very good. There is a more than adequate variety of items to choose from and all are prepared well. At other facilities there are very bland and limited choices but at the Sleep Inn in Killeen that is not the case.

As usual there was nothing I didn't like or enjoy.

Only 8 min from base and it was cheap

The elevator seemed like it was going to break and there was a weird red stain on my floor also the ac wasn’t the best

Breakfast good and filling. Hotel was easily found and the parking was simple. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hard to get any better.
