Great location; convenient to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants. Very large double king room; great for families or group of friends.

I was very happy to have a shuttle to the airport, but the driver did not offer any information regarding access to the terminal, which I was unfamiliar with. He dropped me off at a location that required crossing the street, walking into a parking garage entrance; then taking an elevator, continuing across a skybridge and into the terminal. There were no signs visible, but fortunately a woman offered assistance.

good service to airport. Room was clean and shower was good (good water pressure and lots of hot water). The restaurant staff were helpful and cheerful.

Front desk person was perfunctory vs welcoming. The hallways were a maze - the place is huge and spread out - we really did not receive adequate information to find our room easily. One sign in particular was very confusing, as two different directions to our room were indicated and the signage for the elevator was minimal. All the nearby restaurants were clones of the one in our hotel.

Room was fine. But the onsite restaurant was convenient for our needs. Had a long flight to get here and being able to just walk downstairs for dinner and bfast was great.

It was all fine, but this facility is HUGE! Our room was a long walk to get to. We found a shorter route via the courtyard which was nice! Dragging luggage down what seemed like an endless hallway was funny to us, but I did want to include this in case people reading this have mobility issues to ask for a room closer to an elevator would help.

I stay at the hotel when my son flies in from out of state. I find the staff to be exceptional, from the wait staff and hospitality staff to the front desk and the courtesy shuttle drivers, they are all very friendly and helpful. They clearly know what they are doing and I have very much enjoyed my interactions with them

Help with shuttle to the airport and it's frequency. It was a nice hotel with a nice restaurant attached but we didn't have time to enjoy it.

My room wasn't listed as ready and had to be switched and the reception desk person was nice but seemed a bit confused. I didn't get my hilton honors points because I went through a third party and I usually get at least some water on arrival but none was given.

Location is great, across the street from the airport. There is a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, and al the amenities one would need on location. Beautiful park like ground with outdoor pool and walking areas would be very nice in pleasant weather

It is a very large property, and we had to walk quite a ways to our room, as there are more than one building (connected, no need to go outside) but the directions were confusing and I ended up lost. A bit of signage or larger map with directions would be better, as well as an offer for rooms that are closer for those of us who are elderly would be wise.

This hotel is impeccable. Stayed here after a day of flying before going on last leg of trip. Its very clean, the rooms are very spacious. The exterior grounds are nice, my room had a little private patio area (on first flr). Ate dinner late in the onsite restaurant and it was very good. The wait staff was super attentive. We walked to it after grabbing our bags, its so close. They had a free shuttle to the departures the next day which was nice. Everything about this place is impeccable.

I am VERY Disappointed with Booking.com. My airline changed my departure, I did not need the reservation. I contacted the Booking.com help site twice and never received a response. The hotel understood the issue but said it had to be handled by Booking.com. It was a lot of money spent that didn't need to be paid.

My husband and I stayed here our last night before returning home so we were close to the airport. We had a week long trip on motorcycle through BC. So for a week I had been either wearing a helmet or ball hat. I wanted to look a little normal to fly home the next day and needed hairspray but there was none in the vending machine. I asked at the front desk if they were out and one of the girls working the desk told me she had some in the back and she would let me borrow it. They were very polite and the shuttle was on time for the airport and dropped us off right at our airline. We did not eat there or go to the bar but both looked very nice. Room clean and comfortable

From the online descriptions I thought the hotel was connected to the airport terminal by a bridge or covered walkway, but it was not.
