The bed was very comfortable and the room seemed nicely kept up. The room was clean and functional. We enjoyed the whirlpool that as previous visits is almost always empty. The spa was very convenient and gave excellent service/treatment too!

I'm not a fan of being charged for the water left in the room. I can understand the alcohol, candy and even the side and juice but personally I feel like the water should be included. Especially at the premium price.

Hushed elegance. My Daughter and I felt so pampered as we walked in the main entrance... and it just got better as we settled into our room. Two large beds with mattresses from someplace in nirvana, with a variety of pillow types to relax onto. Oh, and the Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom.

That we only booked one night! Seriously. This hotel is wonderful.

Asked for quiet room; however, the room was located near AC units sitting at ground level below our window. Even with window shut, there was a constant sound similar to that of a diesel locomotive at idle. That the noise was constant made it eventually tolerable.

We went to the bar at The Rye for a drink before the concert. The bartender (Nick) was wonderful.

I thought the establishment was wonderful. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because of the prices. Not because the food wouldn’t have been good, I have every reason to believe it would be, but I’m not paying that much money to feed grandchildren that wouldn’t appreciate it.

Great restaurant attached to hotel! Spa was excellent! Parking was reasonable! Rooms are a bit small but selection of drinks in room refrigerator was nice! Easy checkin and friendly staff. Would stay again!

We were charged extra than told for spa massages because of weekend pricing rates. That was disappointing.

It was quiet and cozy, loved the jacuzzi and the spa on the lower level, I didn't have to leave the hotel to get a massage and that was amazing

What happened to breakfast?? That should always come with a room at that price! And it definitely shouldn't cost extra for a pre-packaged muffin! And I wasn't a huge fan about paying extra for parking

This is the only place I stay for work trips in Appleton. The weekday rates are competitive with other hotels, the beds are super comfortable, and there are many in-room local amenities to enjoy. Maybe the best part of the hotel is its location to the different shops, bars, and restaurants downtown.

very clean and well decorated. Rooms were excellent!staff were awesome! The restaurant Rye was first class. Very friendly to our 2 labradors. can't ask for more.

Loved it all

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was great for walking to local businesses and restaurants/bars.

I felt that the room was small for what we paid per night.
