We were given a large 30m2 bedroom on the 18th floor and the view of Porto was superb! The very large bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom very generously sized. The staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent and the light meal we had on arrival delicious.

Air conditioning in the breakfast area was too cold. As a coeliac I must eat gluten free and would have liked a few individual portions of jam; jam was served in glass containers and I saw people using the spoons to spread it directly onto pancakes and bread.

Standard holiday inn, exactly what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Large room, nice clean bathroom, comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth to mentiones that it is possible to leave your luggage after checkout free of charge

Breafast was pretty average at best. There was a cook preparing fresh omelettes, however that was the only positive. Cheese and ham selection was ok but quality was average. English breakfast choices were available (eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms), however all bland. Sweet options were below average, especially comparing to some cafes in porto. Low point was the coffee - it was the worst coffee I've ever had in any hotel I've stayed in. Overall, it's best to grab some breakfast in nearby cafes, with great coffe and excellent pastries.

Breakfast was nice and fresh. Big clean room. Downstairs restaurant/bar does great food and cocktails. Staffs are all very nice and friendly.

It is a little away from the main attractions. The metro is also about 12-15 mins walk away. It sounds nothing but adds up at the end of a tiring day filled with various activities!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the restaurant and the different selection of drinks and food on offer for snacks and lunch. The hotel was in a convenient place so we could get to the beaches easily by taxi.

The dinner that was included in the accommodation price had only 2 choices of starters, mains and dessert each night. I presumed it would have been a buffet selection or a full menu, which is common in hotels. Our room (2019) was next to the cleaning closet so we couldn't have a 'siesta' after lunch because we would get woken up by all the banging going on next door. It seems like a poor design to put a room next to it. The smoking area at the entrance - it's a very unpleasant way to arrive at your accommodation as it is like an actual smoking room you have to walk through. Whilst we were eating lunch in the bar area near the TV, the smoke would waft its way in as well.

Location. Clean. Friendly and professional staff.

The bathroom tub/ shower uncomfortable to get in as it was too tall and the fixtures were difficult to access from the outside. Also too narrow and rather treacherous.

Spacious room, excellent service, good breakfast.

Dining room - very dull - no decoration, the acoustics is awful, Cleaning the room made very late (after 16:00) Very hard and dangerous for aged people to go in and out of the bath. A shuttle can be helpful as the hotel is remoted from the city (Porto).

The room was lovely and breakfast was great. At the night there was a very cozy atmosphere at the restaurant and bar with live music.

The bathroom floor is not heated. At the breakfast the variety of food was super, but some things were run out and were not noticed by the staff to be replaced until asked.

Large comfortable rooms. It was very clean. Quiet. Delicious breakfasts with a varied menu. Nice and polite hotel staff

Problems with parking, all places near the hotel were occupied

Location was good for me because it was close to where I had to go for work. Therefore location wise it was great. Once you get to know the area its nice as well, because its modern and clean.

The location was perfect because it was close to my work place. But a bit far outside the city center. If you want to be closer to the city center i would recommend another hotel.
