Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, good location.

Wi-fi in rooms was terrible. Breakfast was disappointing. Lots of pastries, but most of them were quite bad.

The breakfast was very good, with a range of choices. Delicious fresh fruit. The location was the star of the show - one street away from the waterfront right in the Ribeira district under the shadow of the Luis bridge. Bed was comfortable.

I thought the foyer and breakfast area were too dark. They were going for an industrial/raw look, but it was just so dark, I felt like I was going into a cave. There was noise from people on the street - after all we were in the middle of the action - but for my husband and me, it was not a problem because we brought ear plugs. Highly recommend those for travel.

The location couldn't be better. There is so much to do and see right outside your door. Stayed 2 different nights on our trip, and the first room with a king bed. It most comfortable bed on our whole trip! The other room with two twins pushed together was "average" for comfort but had the best bathroom in terms of layout and space. The decorations and room ammenties are very nice. The breakfast is really great, a nice variety of choices. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lack of a real window you can see out on 4th floor room - but that's just due to being on the top floor.

We needed a hotel that would accept our two bicycles from our bike rental agency for our Camino Portuguese journey. The staff was very helpful - our bikes were in a storage area when we arrived. They also held my suitcase full of extra clothing until the following Monday for our cycling company to retrieve. Plus, the hotel is in a great location, so close to everything. We only had one night in Porto and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Superb location at the centre of the riverfront in Porto. Just get down for shops and restaurants. Located just outside the hotel on the pier is the water taxi for river crossing and lots of riverboat cruises. Our room had no view of the river or the bridge. As it is in the centre, only local taxis are allowed or you have to walk. The breakfast was nice, nothing exceptional. Very good size room for 2 adults and 1 child.

The hotel says that they have access to a restaurant and room service - but this is outsourced and delivery can take up to an hr. We wanted to order for our son but had to go and get it from the restaurant outside (which was quicker) but not all restaurants do take away, so was a bit difficult.

- position. literally 1 min from the riverside and restaurants - room. nice, cozy and spacious room. i loved the relaxing sofa under the windows, comfortable bed and big bathroom. plenty of plugs in the room great for tourists who need to charge several things everyday. - coffee available - hotel design really nice, i loved the bookshelf on my floor - fast and easy check in and check out. staff really kind and efficient

The location was excellent, right near the river and excellent eateries. The decor was very tasteful and the rooms very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of choice and a very relaxed vibe. Very clean throughout.

Slight noise in the rooms due to the singers by the river but they stopped early and so it was not a problem!

Front desk staff is very sweet. Prepared breakfast for me to take as I need to leave early in the morning. Location is great. Hotel room is great tho no river view. Enjoyed the evening walks along the river w beautiful singing of various artists. Nice shops nearby.

The central air con was off at nite. Can be a little warm when I do not open the windows

The facility was quite nice. The room was very nice and comfortable . It was well set up with a great degree of privacy between the double bed an the single bed. Lighting fixtures were very nice and the bathroom facilities were very attractive. It was a very comfortable room with nice details.

It was difficult to control the temperature and the room was too hot. The coffee at the breakfast was not even up to standard of American coffee. Staff was inadequate. Couldn't contact anyone when attempting to arrive . The hotel is on a restricted area which was not made clear, so getting there was difficult and there was no one available to answer the phone. In other words, the facility was understaffed, and information was inadequate.

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The room was big. Breakfast was good. Great location.

The hotel can not be reached by car. Our driver dropped us at the top of a hill. Dragging luggage up and down the cobblestone street was not ideal. I must say, it was worth it. Located along river but no view.
