Everything about the hotel itself is positive. From the staff to the room. Emir was kind to help us at any moment during our stay. The room is clean and spacious. I was positively surprised by a cake for my birthday! I have definitely enjoyed my stay here.

The location of the hotel is quite remote and the neighborhood is not so much developed. It is difficult to find something to eat as restaurants here are rare and nothing special.

Ibis hotels are no frills. If you stay in one, you’ve basically stayed in them all. The location of this is a little awkward but we needed to be close to a hospital for a few days. The mini fridge worked fine, and the room was surprisingly spacious.

Upon check in, the man at the desk shooed us away in a rude manner which we did not appreciate. The shower door had a gap in it and that resulted in water flooding the bathroom. There was also only one bottle for shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which doesn’t make sense. There should be at least one other dispenser in the shower. The beds were also of cheaper quality than previous Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at.

The excellent service provided by the lady at reception. She sits in the office as well. She really went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. This was despite the language barrier.

Laundry service was poor and could not deliver on their promise. However the professionalism of lady in the office made up for that.

Breakfast options could be better. Also even at 9:30 AM some of the breakfast items were not refilled.

Emir at the check-out was very nice, thank him, please. The stay was very good for its money.

Staff does not speak English well, especially in the restaurant. At the check-out I ordered turkish coffee, but the employee forgot about my order and remembered only when I said to her 20 minutes later. But they all smiled, that is a plus:) In the morning around 8 am there was always no omellette, that is a pity.

The location is a bit too far but the taxi service is excellent, which made it easy to get to places.

Hotel was perfect. Very compliant and neat. Breakfast in the morning was very rich and good. I would like to thank Mr. Muhammed the front desk employee. And the lady who was responsible for breakfast in the morning, she paid a lot of attention to our children.

Hotel administrator Burak helped us in all situations, we are very grateful to him for his care. He advised where to eat deliciously, what to visit, where to go. We are very grateful. He always and on time took care of our wishes regarding the taxi ride.
