Very handy location and good value for money. Car park was useful to us during our visit. Room was clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee for the duration of our stay. Beds comfortable, traveled with my daughter and had a twin room, was very good to have a queen size and single bed. We didn't try the restaurant but looked like people who did were happy.

It was great for what we wanted, basic accommodation at a very reasonable price only thing that I was surprised about was that we stayed three nights and no one cleaned the room, made the beds or emptied the bin during that time. Wasn't a problem for us but some people might not like that.

Staff were brilliant...very very helpful...airport shuttle bus ...the driver was a top bloke too...the uk has the best staff well the north does for sure in the whole world the North of UK manchester up is always a great experience for me...maybe its to do with my roots

Sadly it's not far from a busy road ...you won't be sleeping until about 10 pm when the traffic calms down maybe I fell a sleep at 9 but it was Sadly loud on a very very hot night in Manchester still a quite location from the city center and just 15 mins to airport so that's good

I saw the reviews and took a leap of faith because of the strike. The reception was very nice and welcoming, check in was easy, I had informed them of my arrival time. The lounge was spacious, there are four lifts that you can access. The room was very spacious and very clean for the price. There was a kettle along with tea+milk+sugar/cups. I also found extra blankets and a hair dryer. The toilet was clean as well and I didn't have any issues with hot water on any day. (Had toilet paper/towels/soap) I bought my own food (noodles, bread and butter) and the staff were nice enough to get me extra dishes for that. The drinking water is in the lounge it's not that difficult to access. The bus stop is seconds away and getting to the centre is not a problem at all. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. The area is very safe. The shuttle service is good. A bolt would cost 12-15 pounds and the shuttle costs 10. The shuttle arrives half an hour early to the hotel. Whatever you are comfortable with. The staff was very nice and kind!

Windows need to be cleaned. The view was lovely from my room but I couldn't appreciate it because the windows weren't cleaned. I was on the fourth floor and it was freezing at night. I couldn't turn on the heating, but I didn't want to disturb the staff. I just wore an extra jumper and used the extra blanket.

I believe that this is the finest of the value for money and comfortable properties in the Britannia Hotel Group chain of hotels and can highly recommend given the normally excellent low rates that they offer. The hospitality and warmth of welcome from the whole team are wonderful and a reason to stay. Special mention to Tom who provided me with the finest assistance when I had an issue which he dealt with professionally and promptly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and tidy providing an excellent space to relax and sleep. The food and drink are good value considering the location, the breakfast buffet is very good with quality ingredients cooked and presented very well. The hotel is some distance from the airport a taxi costs around £18 each way, with the local bus which departs from adjacent to the hotel taking over half an hour to reach the airport, a bus also taking thirty minutes will take you to the centre of Manchester.

There is no free wifi and the price for the paid wifi is very expensive and slow at £7 per 24 hours.

I left early hours of the morning to catch my plane so I missed breakfast. A small breakfast takeaway breakfast would have been a nice touch.

Very organised at the reception they found my name very quickly and The room key was issued plus a nice machine sat on the reception desk for people to register their cars in the hotel car park. The only down side is that guests could not access their rooms until 1600hrs! Restaurant facilities were very good. Overall the atmosphere in the Bar and restaurant areas gave me quite a buzz! The Bath tub for a nice soak was brilliant & appreciated after a long day driving and a long flight ahead of me, it was nice just to soak in the bath! The TV was easy to use; just one remote control!

The room was great, well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean, exceptional value for the price. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the common areas, bar etc are well furnished. This is a great airport hotel but could also be used for trips into Manchester as there is free parking at the hotel and a bus stop outside. We found it to be very good value. The hotel also provides a reasonably priced shuttle bus to the airport.

Only minor things: The ramp to the car park is very narrow for larger cars, doable, just be careful. The hotel is on a busy road although it was quiet at night.

The hotel is a good place to stay for an overnight stay coming from the airport. The price is fitted to the value. It took me less than 10 minutes to travel from the Manchester Airport by car to get to the hotel. There are other modes of transportation to get to the hotel from the airport. For instance, I noticed the 103 bus coming and going quite frequently it stops right in front of the hotel and drops you off at the airport. I wasn't sure where the 103 dropped off at the at the airport until I saw it at the airport near to the metro station. My main concern for accommodation was being in a comfortable, clean hotel near the airport. This hotel did meet all those concerns. The bar staff and restaurant staff are top! I found them pleasant. One staff member gave me travel valuable travel information. I found that quite helpful.

Paying for wifi wasn't the greatest 7£ for not the best connection. My mobile service on my phone didn't get a good connection, so it left me to pay for wifi. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay. The bathroom and beds were clean, but I had to clean the coffee cups and hot water kettle. The coffee cups in the room still had coffee or tea in them.

Close to the hotel & Trafford centre. Foods shops are walking distance. I was able to park my high roof van, breakfast was alright. Bus outside takes you straight into the city center. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I would come here again

No refund on breakfast when I left early to attend an emergency. I wouldnt be back on time to have breakfast. If I missed breakfast then I get it. But I didn't miss it and RAC was waiting by my vehicle and this was at the begining of breakfast time. It's not close to the city center, 30mins drive during rush hour.

Great for the price. Had everything i needed and expected, plus things i secretly love such as a powerful hairdryer, a good bathtub and tasty hashbrows at breakfast. Staff was very friendly too, both the day and night shift.

Parking was the worst part of my experience. You have a decent amount of spaces but some people park horribly and take up two spaces, so i (and many others) found parking very difficult at around 11.30pm. Some people had to blcok other cars to just park. There should be more strictness in making sure people dont take two bays. The breakfast menu was good but can be improved too, to include croissants.

The fact that the room was clean. Fair quality vs price value. Nice, professional and friendly personal whom are investing their efforts in keeping this hotel in good conditions. Free parking on site (but you need to look after a parking spot). Nice restaurant in the hotel lobby. Location was close to where I was needing for my visit. If you are looking for something fair, close to airport this is the best place where you want to be. Also I noticed that they have regular direct trips from the hotel to each terminal of the airport what is a big advantage for someone who need it. Nice ! Thank you for all. I will re visit this hotel in the future.

Parking 96 to 98 % full almost in each day. Not the best rooms but not the worst.
