We loved the location of the Hotel. The room was quite spacious and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, great menu choice in the evening and a great selection at breakfast. Would certainly stay again. Just need to sort out the car park charging system.

Just need to sort out the car park charging system. We sorted our parking with the receptionist at check in, paid the £15. We checked in around 14.25 and checked out of the car park the following day at 12.38. So less than 24 hours. On arrival home 3 weeks later, we received a Notice to Keeper from Parkmaven for £100. We rang the hotel and spoke to Herman, who confirmed he could see our information on screen and that we had paid for parking. Herman sent an email to the firm, to inform them to cancel the notice. Thank you Herman. The hotel had recently been reopened and once they get the car parking blip sorted, it’s a fantastic place to stay.

The beds, the modern decor of the lobby, restaurant & bedroom. The abundance of hot water, the great shower, the fragrance of the shampoo and other bottles. The bed was just fab, so cosy. Michelle the South Korean lady on reception made such an effort to be friendly and helpful, and made such an effort to be nice to my dad. The Asian girl working in the breakfast was so friendly and fun and I really appreciated how nice she was to my dad.

The old lift, the carpet on floor 2 seems old fashioned there was recarpetig in progress when there so must be aware of it) in and the bedroom doors are a bit like plane toilet doors but maybe ther meant to bring part of the airport…felt very secure tho! the air con in he bedroom wouldn’t work in the morning to heat the room up. There was a blond haired English woman working in the breakfast that was grumpy and didn’t seem happy in her work!

The room, the staff from the check-in and the distance to the airport are very good. Wake up call was perfect. Nice hotel with nice employees.

There was a smell from the carpets in the hotel lobby. The staff from the check-out was totally unprepared, unprofessional and with a huge need for apropiate training. They refused to make the invoiced because I paid though booking.com. Had to involve the good people from booking to solve the situation after I came back to Romania. Totally unwanted and unnecessary stress. Thanks booking.com for your prompt help and for your good employees!

Fantastic facilities, very close to the airport, cool interior design (particularly like the wall lights next to the bed). Helpful staff member for my check in desk who was friendly and apologised for the wait on check-in. On checkout the staff member then was also helpful and friendly. Bottled water on arrival in the room was greatly appreciated.

Other person checking in people very slow and had to be helped by the person serving me constantly; so the whole check in process was painfully slow. May be a training thing and they may be new possibly.

Restaurant meal was lovely my Daughter had the Chicken Snitzel+ I had the Beefburger with Bacon + Cheese. Both were lovely + hot + chips really crispy. We had the White Chocolate + Red Velvet Cheesecake which was gorgeous. Room was lovely + clean + beds were soo comfortable. Ideal for morning flight from Manchester. Transfers were good + on time. You can walk it’s about 15 mins- but for £14 return isn’t too bad if you are pushed for time. All in all a nice hotel. Lovely man on reception he was so helpful.

Handy location, lovely decor, comfortable - perfect for what we needed. The staff were brilliant. I was travelling on my own with my 4 year old and the ladies on breakfast in the morning were great with him (he likes to chat). Christopher on reception was also superb, went above and beyond to help. All round a great experience.

The room was on the ground floor and felt a bit draughty. I tried to increase the heating but it was quite loud to keep on through the night.

The room was really comfortable & clean, staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was a couple of minutes walk from the airport. There was loads of choice for breakfast with both cold & hot food served to order. Breakfast was served from 5.30am to 10am, perfect for early morning flights. Evening food was available until 10pm, with a varied menu, perfect for evening arrivals. Although we were just minutes from the airport rooms were really quite.

Staff were friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the duvet was very luxurious. The bathroom was lovely.

The shuttle bus stopped at 9pm. My train got in at 9.09pm, meaning I needed to walk to the hotel. This was a 15 minute walk, as a young and vulnerable female, which I didn't enjoy making. A taxi was quoted at starting from £17, which was advised against by the agent from the taxi firm.

Dinner was a bit of a nightmare . It took us nearly 3 hours to get a 2 course Meal. We ordered coffee and tea the coffee arrived with no tea and no milk . I asked for milk and by the time it arrived the coffee was cold and still no tea arrived . They then landed on 20 mins later with a coffee and still no tea . We asked again and another coffee landed on . From the time of ordering it took an hour for the tea to arrive and no apology .

Price was great (only £80), so close to airport I walked to T3 in 4mins (very early flight,hand luggage only so didn't want to bother with the shuttle bus). Beds were really comfy and 4 pillows which was great, free wifi (easy to access without lots of questions). All staff were really friendly and efficient especially at check-in. Great stopover especially when having to use public transport to get to a very early flight.
