Room was clean, large and had a bath, great for getting a proper rest before an early flight.

Airport shuttle bus was fully booked already at the time we wanted (6am). Given the main function of the hotel is to get people to flights, there could be more shuttles at peak time. Or, reception could explain more clearly just how short the distance is, since we could have just walked and had a little longer in bed!

Dry convenient for the airport - walked from the train station to the hotel but this is not an easy route but only took 15 minutes. Got the excellent free shutttle back to airport the next morning and all was very smooth, great driver! Hotel was clean and comfortable and the bed was excellent. We are in the restaurant and were very pleased with the quality of the food and very friendly waiting staff.

Receptionist ignored me when it was my turn to check in ( only one person in front of me, it wasn’t busy) and walked to the other end of reception desk waited for Cabin Crew who had just come thru the door and proceeded to check them all in ! Had to wait 10 mins for another receptionist to come out of the office to attend to me !

Room was excellent although the bathroom was a bit shabby. Shuttle bus was perfect. Breakfast was very good.

Quite a lot of noise in the corridor, even in the night. Signs up asking guests to be quiet would be welcomed.

The first thing was rung the number to get a lift…answered promptly and only waited about five minutes… the bus driver was so kind… a real gentleman… he certainly is the face of the hotel and does a excellent job… the breakfast choose hot and cold was really good… again good staff…explaining how the system worked… marvellous value for money

I did go for some food in the restaurant early afternoon… staff again very good… had to wait for quite a while… disappointed… ordered fish and chips… nothing special at all… cost l thought expensive for what l had… the restaurant was almost empty… perhaps that why

Staff were so helpful, close to airport, shuttle bus service is excellent (collected from train station and dropped at T3 of departure day) Room was lovely generally but lacked final checks.

Service in bar area/restaurant was a bit iffy as I was ignored for 20 mins then told to order using the QR code yet a lady in front of me got a paper menu? Food and drink very expensive as usual in an airport hotel but it is robbery! £35 for a burger and glass of wine!! Windows in room were ‘gappy’ and let in the cold. (Room 245) Chipped water glass - not been checked? Air con was poor and hardly worked?

I had arranged a stay for 2 nights with my siblings and my mum for her birthday. Communication with staff was perfect, I asked for airport view as well a late check out and the birthday cake and balloons package in the room. The arrangements was perfect and we were really looked after. The following morning we requested room service for breakfast which was excellent and only cost £5 to bring up for 4 of us. Overall this was a very good stay and we would thoroughly recommend.

It was a warm weekend so the AC was very much needed, however this wasn't working very well. We did have a technician to check but it still wasn't too good. The soap dispenser was also broken but when requested for a new one a replacement was provided promptly.

Location to the Airport Staff were very good

On entering the hotel It was cold inside and not inviting. The lifts located were poorly designed to the rooms from the reception. We were given the wrong room and after the staff corrected their mistake, the correct room was on the opposite side of the hotel which meant coming back down one elevator with all the cases. Walking across the other side of the building and going up another elevator and walking to the end of the hallway. We were never offered any assistance. My husband is a disabled veteran so this was not an easy process for us.

The restaurant is a real bonus at this place. The chicken supreme was delicious. The staff are really attentive and kind. The bed is so comfortable and the heating very effective. It's quiet, considering you're next to the airport. The check in took some time (everyone had the same idea as us to avoid driving in the ice and snow), but it was very efficient. Take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the airport, so efficient and friendly. For just over $100, it's a brilliant choice. Second time I've stayed here and would choose it every time.

The gym was a bit sad, very small and a few machines out of order. The long queue for check in was a bit annoying but the staff were doing their best.

We needed to make a quick reservation due to cancelled flight in Edinburgh. We managed to find new flight from Manchester so we needed to sleep somewhere for few hours. I found free room for a fair price very last minute. The hotel upgraded our room free of charge. We did not stay long so I can not write a review for all the facilities in the hotel but the receptionist was very friendly, we appreciated clean room with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The free shuttle bus to the airport was very handy early in the morning as well. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel if your hotel is early in the morning and you need somewhere safe and clean to spend the nigth.
