Very good location, about 7 minutes to the airport. Has a direct access to 360 mall (the new side of the mall, there are many nearby restaurants and shops options). Extra ordinary decoration, I loved all the art pieces and canvas. The room size is huge. very friendly and professional staff. Overall, for a new opening hotel, I had a good experience. I will definitely come back again. I approve it for all my stays in Kuwait

I asked for a special arrangement, the Romantic Package, it was arranged very beautifully, I was happy about it. However, I requested for a special message on the cake and it was written wrong. I informed the reception 3 times, at check-out they gave me a very beautiful rose bouquet as an apology. The phone in the room was not working since the second day! When I receive a call, only the phone in the bathroom rings, and the phone in the room doesn’t ring. So it was bothering me to go to the bathroom each time I receive a call. The Room cannot get cold enough, even though I the AC is at 18 degrees.

I love the connecting with Mall 360 that's why the location is perfect. The Mall is wonderful, and safety of hotel was excellent. I ate my breakfast from 360 Mall. The bed, the bathroom & the size of the room is perfect actually everything was perfect.

Not all toiletries are available, and when I ask the receptionist for the evening, he is late and does not bring it either, and I do not like the request more than twice. the second note I asked from reception to inform the room service, but nothing happened. I booked for two rooms, they serve a complimentary for one room only and it's not main.

- Brand new hotel with direct access to mall 360 - Sparkly clean and wonderful ambience in all hotel's areas. - Room size, amenities and comfortability was top. - Very helpful and polite staff at reception, concierge and valet parking (special thanks to Mr. Zakariya at front desk)

- swimming pool is not allowed for kids (which is mentioned in booking my fault that i didnt notice), they can at least specify dedicated time for kids under 14 years, my son was given a card to use in the mall's playing park but he really would like to have a daily swim instead, that would be the only reason I wont consider revisiting till he is old enough. - in-room service food quality was WAY below what is expected from a Grand Hyatt.

Very nice place with modern decoration, beautiful lobby and nice rooms and amenities with Great and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with modern gadgets and amenities, the lobby cafe is a great place to spend time and they are serving delicious sweets and nice hot and cold drinks. Also there are several nice restaurants at the hotel for casual and fine dinings

The entrance to the lobby gets crowded during weekends and wedding events, wished to be solved by diverting the traffic if possible.

The luxury settings in this property is a work of genius. This is ultra ultra luxurious hotel and the harmony of everything from the tiniest details to the marvelous artifacts and interiors leaves the visitor extremely relaxed and pleased. The stay in this hotel is healing experience 😀

Excellent property and very convenient; overall, I had a positive experience with the Grand Hyatt Kuwait; the personnel was quite helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and ideal for an anniversary weekend. During my stay at the Grand Hyatt, I had a really pleasant experience. In addition, the hotel's location, cleanliness, swimming pool, and personnel were all excellent. At the hotel's breakfast, an outstanding person named Danish was great and helpful

In my stay I didnt like the price was very expensive, and the bed pillows were really uncomfortable.
