I would personally like to thank three amazing staff members at this hotel that are the true GEMS of this place . Alaa, Masood and Marzia. 03 members treated me with absolute kindness. Making sure my room was cleaned daily. They showed me what areas are good for tourist attraction and also Alla in particular who spent his evening showing me the Assima mall. Really it is the employees that make this place beautiful but also it is a stunning building. Gonna miss it 😢. The view was absolutely immaculate and also I forgot to mention the temperature was around 41°C. So my AC was up and running. I have absolutely no complaints. Gym was perfect for me as I'm a gym goer and had everything I need. The space is small though but it was just me and another gentleman and we shared the space together no issues! They handle my check-in efficiently, remembering my room preferences, particularly my favored floor. This attentiveness to detail sets a high standard for hospitality. One standout aspect of their service is the anticipation of guests' needs. On multiple occasions, they have provided a portable charger, recognizing my tendency to forget mine. Their proactive approach to guest care truly sets them apart. In summary, this isn't just a hotel stay; it's an experience of feeling at home away from home. Everything about this hotel was perfect. I had been searching for long for a nice play for my mother to stay on her visit to Kuwait, and this place definitely was the best choice I could have ever done. Not only because the room was very calm, 100% quiet, spacious and neat clean, but also ALL the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, always trying to ensure that my mother was having the best experience possible. All of them were highly responsive to any request we may have. In addition, upon arrival, they upgraded my mother to a suite in the higher floors with spectacular views over the sea and Shaheed Park, and they offered her a complementary late check out at 17h with no extra charges, since her flight was late in the night. They simply said “we like our guests to be happy”. Overall, this cute and cozy hotel offers a genuine and welcoming vibe that makes you feel like home. They do master the art of hospitality as I haven’t seen in a long time. Well done! I would definitely keep the Swiss Belinn Sharq as my hotel of reference for future visitors in Kuwait.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern, clean facilities and new furniture. The standout was the receptionist, Ala’a, whose outstanding service made my stay extra comfortable. Great location and comfortable beds complete the package. Highly recommended!

- the room services it's not 24 hours - there was a leaking in the bathroom that they couldn't fix it until the morning, because they don't have 24 hours room services. - The air conditioning in the bedroom is very weak because there is no air conditioning for the bedroom, which is shared with the living room

Very nice hotel, nice location, amazing staff! We enjoyed our time in this hotel. The room and all facolities are very clean, and they look exactly like the pictures. We had amazing sea view, which was very relaxing. The staff was super friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was great, I read some people are complaining but I do jot see a reason for that. There were different additions to breakfast every single day, or you can order an omlet which will be made to your preference. We would repeat the stay!

This is our 6th visit to Kuwait in 2023. And this is our second time to stay in Swiss-Belinn Sharq Hotel. With no exaggeration, the hotel offers what a traveler is looking for. Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Staff are super helpful and friendly, they helped us a lot. A bid shoutout to Ala’a, Ridha’a and AbduAlrahman. Thank you for making our stay as comfy and welcoming. Clean, modern hotel - very comfortable. Useful parking directly outside. Friendly & efficient staff. Located well for touring Kuwait, assuming you have your own transport (car). Great beds!

When booking, be mindful this hotel is located near by Kuwait's CBD (central business district) so isn't a resort hotel. However it's close to the sea-front & public beaches (1.5km) as well as the Kuwait Towers and the excellent old souqs are not too far (just a short ride away). In general you'll need your own transport if touring Kuwait as otherwise you'll be heavily dependent upon taxis/Uber etc. The gym is basic but fresh & clean whilst the the swimming pool is a novelty but nice for refreshing during the heat of the day.

The Swiss-Belinn Sharq is a lovely little hotel that is tucked away unexpectedly in a perfect corner of the city, making it the perfect base for a city escape to one of the quieter Middle Eastern countries. Beyond the location, the wonderfully warm and welcoming staff are what makes this hotel a stand-out - huge thanks to Reda and Mariza at reception who made time to answer my endless list of questions about the main tourist sites and the directions to them! Warm appreciation also to Masud who made sure I enjoyed a breakfast banquet each morning!

One of best hotel located in the center of Kuwait City Surq Area booked 3 rooms during my 3 nights stay. All facilities plus major locations are close by with reach distance. Thanks for Mr Alaa and Abdul Rehman. Mr Alaa as good gostur upgrade our room from superior king to family suite and was great offer as welcoming gift. Thanks Mr Alaa and Swiss Belinn management and keep up the fabulous services. The breakfast was great add and very tasty and Hotel is strongly recommended for families.
