Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is near by Basanaviciaus Street, so you can get easy in a couple of minutes to the Palanga bridge, beach, restaurant and other activities. Hotel is very clean, have spa, sauna zone and hot tub.Bed was very comfortable, room was big.

Staff were excellent very friendly, breakfast was good, variety of options to choose from both hot and cold. Spa facility was good with access up to 12 noon free

Our double room was small with only a sky light for ventilation. Our room had also suffered from damp problems at some time as aresult one wall suffered from flaking plaster and blisters under the painted surface.

Great location, the room was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

The room was too hot and there was no AC. Luckily the staff gave us a fan. Also the fridge in the room was old and didnt work too well.

Very hot in upper floor no ventilation system, we were lucky that the weather wasn’t hot and we could open the windows.

Good hotel, big room, staff was very polite and helpfull. Location is not far from the sea or city center and more quaiet then in the center. There is a spa with jacuzzi which is great if you want to relax after spending active day in the city.

Some furniture could use a refurbish or renewal. At some point tv's in the rooms could be changed to something bit more modern.

Property is located near Vytautas street, close to the bus station, marketplace and 1,2 km away from the beach. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to check out very early and we were given a breakfast kits. Check-in desk works 24/7.

I believe the hotel was very good in 2010, but now it really needs a renovation. Spa area was only working in part (1 sauna from two amd jakuzi wasnt on) and only early hours - 9-11 AM which is not convenient and not logical.

The location is good, not far away from the sea and city center, breakfast was nice, not a big varienty of choices but tasty. Just keep in mind that this hotel has no air conditioning and it was quite a big minus when the temperature outside reached +27C and above.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and staff. Good peaceful parking place, spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Massage services a bonus.

Cannot avoid walking stairs because elevator comes between floors. Not a problem for us but good to know. SPA was a disappointment. Some receptionists didn't speak English that much.

The girls were friendly and helpful. There was a great choice for breakfast. It was a few minutes walk from the main strip and a little further to the beach.

Nice clean room with TV sitting ,small kitchen there were fridge, kettle and some cupboards. Big choice of breakfast, friendly staff not that to city center and beach, totally happy with the facilities in the hotel. Highly recommend.

When we arrived that day was disaster hot no conditioner in the room was pretty warm to sleep in the night time .
