Perfect location, very nice selection of food during breakfast. Great breakfast coffee! Clean, has kitchenettes, heated floor in bathrooms is a nice plus. Very good AC which makes the stay comfortable!

There was no WIFI (temporary issue) throughout our entire 3 night stay which made me experience stress - I suddenly needed to make work related video calls which used up all of my own data. Breakfast area is a bit too small and gets crowded. Bed was a little too hard for my husband. Also, the UPA Cafe downstairs was closed, although not the hotel's fault, but a disappointment.

The staff at the reception and the cleaners were exceptional. Breakfast was superb. The only comment I have is that the carpets in our two rooms needed a clean - it wasn’t that they were not cleaned prior to our arrival, but rather had stains that could have been removed. The location of the hotel is perfect for meals out and the beach. The rooms were well equipped, we had everything we needed.

I visit Palanga several times a year. So far, I have stayed in competitive hotels. But a unique offer tempted me to stay overnight at Grand Baltic Dunes. Location - you won't find anything better. Right on Basaneviciaus Street - a few hundred meters from the sea. The room - tastefully finished, beautifully and elegantly finished. Very clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room also has a mini kitchen - a very convenient solution when you want to prepare something to eat or drink. The room is very quiet and well soundproofed - which should be remembered when staying in high season. The main promenade is quite noisy and not all hotels located on the promenade are able to keep the rooms quiet. Therefore, I can confidently recommend a stay at the hotel. I cannot forget about the staff - smiling and very helpful ladies. An additional advantage was the ability to leave the bike in the underground garage! My next stay in Palanga will also be spent at Grand Baltic Dunes.

Perhaps the breakfast is not very diverse - but everyone will find something for themselves. Fresh and very tasty products.

The hotel location is absolutely amazing - very close to the promenade and a walking street with a large variety of restautants. The room was clean and nice. A tremendous advantage - an undergorund parking! Breakfas was tasty but not very variable. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The girl at the reception (sorry, don't remember her name) gave us all the necessary information about the hotel and the near-by locations. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends.

For me, it seemed strange that the four-star hotel doesn't provide its customers with a bottle of water as a complement, for example. I think that is the only minus I can think of.

My exceptional experience has began right from the start of check-in. Their reception personnel is well trained. All wearing formal, clean and well suited work attire. All of them will give you that warm feeling and attitude "I'll go extra mile to help out guest and make their stay exclusively pleasant". Their rooms are well designed and makes you feel as if you are staying in a $1000 /per night premium hotel. My room was spotless, well cleaned. I'm not exaggerating - from the start until the end it felt that all Gran Baltic Dunes workforce has put their full hearts into making this place feel safe, cosy, relaxing and very pleasant. Located next to the main central street. But it felt so peaceful and quite in the room day and night. The breakfast buffet are also top quality. Definitelly a lot to choose from. Exceptional! And the following definitelly deserved to be mentioned. Specifically receptionist Deivile has ensured that my birthday will not just go unoticed and anything but normal day. Receiving handwritten birthday card from the hotel and couple small treats has melted my heart. Thank you so much for making my stay at your hotel priceless! Without any doubt, if and when I'm around, I'll be returning back. I've travelled the world a lot - very highly recommended place! Take my word for it. I loved absolutely everything at this hotel. Helpful hotel personnel, breakfast, rooms, tidiness, peaceful atmposphere and location.

The place of the hotel is good, just a few meters away from main street. Private underground parking is a bit small, but we managed to find 1 remaining parking slot at the time. The room is also small, but it's enough for 2 people. The furniture is nice, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is also fine and clean. Breakfast was tasty, but the choice was poor. Very few choices - pretty much english breakfast ingredients and pancakes.

We didn't like the idea of choosing exact breakfast time. If all early times are taken already, then you are left with late ones (for example: 10:20) and no other options. Also we got a room on the top floor (5th) which is nice, but the ceiling has a window, which cannot be covered in any way, so direct sunlight just shines into your eyes when you lay down on the bed (morning time mostly). It would be better to have an option to cover this window, because some people are sensitive to light and cannot sleep.

Superior location, great access almost from the main street and all the needed facilities are on place. The hotel and the room was perfectly clean. It was out of season so there was not so many people, but it was very quiet in the room. There are 3 buildings connected with an underground parking, but all of the buildings looks the same (the standard is high in each of them). The hotel was very friendly to our dog and the room interior was safe for him (there was even a dog bowl). The hotel itself is convenient for pet owners (wide corridors, easy to get out of the building without meeting other people) and close to the hotel there is a great path with grass. So the morning dog walk is not a problem :) The breakfast was really good (continental) and seemed to be made from fresh local products. Probably in high season breakfast place may be a little bit crowded but out of season it was very convenient.

The pet fee (20 Euro/night) was a little bit high. The underground parking was very convenient but only if you have a small car. We have managed to park our SUV, but if there was more cars and less free places - parking would be a challange. If you have a big or very high car - it might be better to park outside - in front of the hotel there is a parking. You will just need to cross the street.

Great location, comfortable room. The hotel is relatively new.

Breakfast - crowded space, limited and/ low variety. Parking - underground parking with limited number of convenient spaces. We were lucky to get one and decided not to move the car during our stay. Otherwise someone would take it, and we would end up at the open crowded place across the street. Underground garage is completely disorganized. Some cars are parked outside on the ramp. Almost forgot - the cost of the parking is 10 euro/night!

We really liked everything, starting from staff ending with bath :) receptionists ware very polite and careful, so good mood was from the very start. Room was prepared bit early and everything was so clean, even bathroom without any water drop stains. Room had nice relaxing, not anoing scent, nice view and bath which was super as it was -16c outdoor that day :) breakfast was fresh, well worth the price. And offcourse really good location. Hotel overall as for Lithuania left very nice impression, perfect for relaxing stay as everything was clean and calm. We loved it.

Location, facilities in the room especially bathroom with a window to main room and the small kitchen. Nice view through the window if you get room to main street side and you can see a little of sunrise.

In the late evening there was fire alarm turned on which woke us up. Also the breakfast time is a bit too late especially in the cold season when tourists came to visit city for more calm and refreshing leisure so you just want to get up early have a fresh breakfast ant just leave hotel for long autumn walks in the seaside or parks. Breakfast wasn’t various and the layout of the restaurant were clumsy so all the people were crowded together.
