Hotel was kind enough to let us park our car free of charge due to different room we got. Deluxe room photos on booking.com were different to actual room.

Deluxe photos on booking.com doesn't match actual room you get. It was confusing, but we were fine since we stayed only one night. Please update photos ASAP not to confuse travellers.

beautiful, clean. right next to the park and Baltic Sea. 14 min walk to the center….. beautiful Meiles aleja takes you to the bridge. The best location!

I loved the property. it has parking, amazing restaurant and incredible sauna. However the biggest treasure is people working there.The ladies in the office were so polite and caring. i really want to thank the chefs…. those two ladies have the heart of gold. Not only they tried their best to accommodate my grandma’s needs by cooking fish and delicious beet soup, they also had time to come out and talk with my grandma. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Location! Opposite the park, minutes from the beach. Quiet, but withing easy reach to resort centre. Buildings have lovely character: some might say dated, but it adds a feel to the holiday unlike staying in a standard modern block; inside: room and common areas are clean and renovated.

Car parking could be included for free (there was clearly no shortage of spaces), breakfast could be included as well, otherwise plentiful. Restaurant/café seem to be open only at certain times of the day (I could be wrong, we were trying different places to eat everytime).

The hotel staff is amazing. The receptionist (regretfully I don't know the name of the girl) was super helpful and naturally kind: she helped us with the room, provided the blankets to sit outside and offered the cooling bag when I injured me leg while jogging and couldn't step on it. New coffee machine which makes very good coffee for breakfast (I read some bad reviews about coffee - so note that this is not relevant anymore). Fantastic location, you can see park and pine trees from your windows.

I found some dust and old candies behind the sofa, otherwise would rate the hotel 10 out of 10.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to beach. Also it is in very calm place, because it is surrounded by trees, so the only noise you hear are the birds. When I moved in, there was a loud concert in the place nearby, so I was a bit worried that I would not be able to sleep at night, but from my room, even with window open I could not hear anything

The only minus of the hotel is that there was no air conditioner in the room.

This hotel is near a park so the environment is lovely. The apartment was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the balcony and the living room area. Breakfast was okay - a few options, so I chose what I prefer, but nothing special.

On their description, they claim that "guests have access to the spa." It's not true. If you want to use their sauna, you need to pay an extra 50 euros, and the jacuzzi/pool is not working.

Wonderful hotel with very warm and friendly staff and the chef was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay I was not aware of Palanga but the people made me comfortable. Their welcome smile and friendly nature and they booked the Taxi for me because I'm new to the town. I wanted to revisit the hotel in the summer because I wanted to see the beaches around..

The mostly I like location it is very close to the park and sea. Also, I like the style of the building and rooms. Also, breakfast was very good. The food was a good quality.

I like everything in this hotel, for this amount of money it is perfect! Maybe staff could be more friendly. I would give to this hotel 4 stars!

The Hotel has many cozy features, but impotantly it feels more like home stay rather than hotel. Rooms and property reminds cottage style with different entrances and accessibility.

Everything is fine, nothing comes to my mind as negative side.

I have been staying here for at least 10th time. I absolutelly adore this part of Palanga - it’s next to the park (actually inbetween Palanga Park and Fairy Tales Park) & very close to the sea. It is set in the poshiest yet super quiet location. Of course this particular hotel is far from posh 😁, but you get best of Palanga for a rather cheap price. Also I like its funky forms - with all the rooms being different shapes & not being identical cubicles. Finally I adore how it is surrounded with greenery & flowers. They really take care of their gardens in all seasons

This does not annoy me, but for some it might be an issue - the rooms are af very different freshness & newness (some are renovated, some still remember 90s 😆) and you newer know when you book, what you will really get. This time we got the room, half of which was freshly renovated with brand new bathroom facilities & even luxurious new ceramics in it, yet the living room cried for refurnishment. Previously however, we also stayed in rooms which were nicely newly done. So I guess each season they update some parts of the hotel step by step. Also bear in mind that due to Covid breakfast is not buffet (which used to be simple but very nice), but served by portions…
