Location, rooms are clean, and in general hotel is quite old but they keep it in good shape.

The staff during checkout process was terrible. There was no one available for 10 minutes at reception at all, and later the person who came talked to us like we owe something . At the end, after check out we went for lunch and came back before 14h, same person in very none professional way made a comment why we have not moved car away from hotels yard. Your guests should not be treated like that especially when parking is chargeable and we came back before check in time (having in mind people will be arriving later). If there is a rule that car should be moved away straight after check out, you should inform people in polite way not to blame them afterwards.

Everything. Nice and helpful staff. Location is very central. Main street leading to the beach is just around the corner. Park is some 5 minutes by foot. Bus station is some 15 minutes on foot. Supermarket and some restaurants are nearby. Restaurant on site, which was very useful during winter time when not all restaurants are open. Spa are is not very big, just sauna and jacuzzi. But guests may use this facilities for free and there was no problem to book visit time during on the same day. Room was warm despite winter time.

Maybe breakfast coffee could be better but it is very small inconvenience.

Spacious room.Good quality and sortiment breakfast. Great location - near the sea and the city center.

Needs better sound proofing - You can hear everything the neighbors do and the cars from the main street. The spa is very small and no pool, only jacuzzi, which is filled with a strong smelling chlorine water.

Everything was good - spacious & clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices for breakfast. SPA area a bit small but enough space to relax.

It was weird that SPA only is open till 8 p.m., and time & people in SPA is limited. Receptionist was friendly and tried to fit us into timetable, but it soundend like if there’s too many people, we wouldn’t be able to go to the SPA.

The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was not only welcoming but also very friendly, adding a positive touch to the overall experience.

There was no option to charge the car, and the hotel couldn't provide even regular sockets for charging. While this could be a simple and inexpensive solution for overnight charging. Absence of an elevator could pose challenges for disabled individuals.

I am choosing this hotel not for the first time due to its location and price, which includes unlimited spa.

The restaurant would be nice to have, however the breakfast was very good even without a restaurant working.

Dinner at the restaurant - high enough quality level of dishes. Spa services top quality. Super comfortable bed.

Breakfast ; Salmon was finished early so scrambled leftover bits. Same for the bread - had to collect last remaining slices that were sliced far to thin. There was only one type of bread slices remaining.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to bars and restaurants. We had a superior double room. The bed was huge. So comfy. Our room was on the third floor, had a nice few to the town. The hotel reception was very friendly and was very helpful. Definitely be back again for another visit.

A nice hotel, with a small SPA. Very good location, close to the bus station and the beach, in the very center of the city. Good and varied breakfast. Helpful stuff.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, like cardboard, so you can hear your neighbors. This is a little bit annoying.

Everything was great starting from personnel, finishing with comfortable super big bed. The room had a silent, but strong conditioner, curtains to prevent the sun. Location was perfect to reach every corner of the summer resort. Also having so many good options around to eat (sushi, mexican restaurant). And hotel restaurant was also good.
