Good location, service and food. Really nice pool area.

To reach the pool you have to go out and walk to the other building (not so comfy when it’s cold outside). Parking costs additional 20 Euros.

State of the room. Looked a little run down for a 5 star hotel. Also, the Spa area needs renovating. Rust is shown everywhere.

This was our 3rd stay in the hotel but the first in the Life Balance building. The 7 degree slope of the floors made for an interesting sensorial experience - don't worry the beds lie flat ;-). The breakfast was great.

I think I already rated the restaurant in a previous comment a couple of years ago. The food is good but not exceptional. There was a miscommunication on the food order which meant I received (and accepted) a meat order invoiced at 58 EUR while I had ordered a burger for 22 EUR. Once the plate was made I thought it would be a pity to throw it away. I would have expected a gesture, e.g. split the difference at 40 EUR. Anyway, live and learn...

The hotel keeps its standards and has perfect atmosphere within its premises alongside with professional personnel in all the areas. It is placed perfectly to fit all the needs - walking, restaurants and nature.

The main area of restaurant was closed for maintenance works, while the hotel has found a solution, it was not too cozy seeing the works from the entrance. We were not able to manage temperature of the room with the help of internal Smart House system. Having this in mind, it was a bit hot inside and we had to open the window during the night...

The breakfast was awesome. Even better then we had when we stayed here four years ago. Highly recommend. The SPA is also great here. On top of general SPA zone access, which is perfect as always we also booked massage for the whole family. It was very gentle but strong at the same time.

In general, the hotel may already need some minor refreshment. There were cracks in the bathroom sink, one button in bathtub in SPA area was not working, roman pool was closed. But all these problems don't even worth mentioning. It is still the same good old Palanga SPA - the best SPA hotel in all the Lithuania, or maybe even on the whole Baltic coast.

Definitely worth every star it has. Very clean, comfortable, staff very professional and nice, very nice SPA, breakfast was superb quality- tons of different choices including healthy ones and taste heavenly. Excellent location

No free parking. When paying such amount of money for stay parking should be included on n the price

The hotel has two buidings, there is a SPA at one of the buildings and breakfast room at the other building, so you have to go outside the building anyway, going to breakfast or going to SPA. It is OK in summer time, but when it is cold outside it is really not convenient. Parking costs 20€ per day

it was very nice, clean rooms and area.

in spa area it was a bit too cold, water temperature as well could have been slightly higher. we ordered food for the specific arrival time in our room. food was late which was ok, i can get 10/15 min variations but when it arrived it was super cold! and menu in the rooms is old so you have a surprise a bit when food arrives and you dont see for example potatoes as in the menu but see veggies…. and last, was that those dishes after we ate were staying next to our door the whole next day… so basically until we got to check out… i did not like it, always overstepping and smell…

Breakfast is very tasty and many option to choose. Very clean all around the hotel.

I think the reservation system should be invented at bath session. Otherwise on busy days it could get ugly because of some cocky clients making noise or dissatisfaction inside calm area. Also kids at bath session should be considered.

Very good location and very good breakfast, much better than room service breakfast. Last time we have booked breakfast to the room, it was really bad, this time went to the buffet, so much better, large selection.

Room had bad smell, I don't know what kind of smell it was, but it was only in the room, not outside the room.
