Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, chill-out live music at the terrace at dinner, great spa zone with a good quality of saunas and relax areas. Extra bed was really comfortable and can easily fit an adult. Very attentive and supportive personnel!! Thank you so much for this opportunity to reconnect with family in such a relaxed atmosphere!

A walk to the sea was not too pleasant - you should either go through the construction site with fence and heaps of sand or make an extra lap to go through a paved path (though that's not the hotel's fault). The air conditioner is our room could not cope with the increased demand (it was a really hot day) and we had to open the windows.

Wery comfy beds & all the appliances but you can certainly feel the vibe of 2000’s. Good breakfast. Nice location, quiet.

Some broken tiles at the bathroom, glass shower doors maked such sound that it sounded like it is about to fall off, good thing there were nice & comfortable bath so we did not need to use the shower. We had business class room for 205€/night so it felt overpriced. They have left veeryy old BangOlufsen Tv’s at the room that makes squeeking sound when turned on. Also, the electricity box on the wall kept making some background noise so we ended up turning it off for the night. Family-part of the spa both days had some empty shower gel bottles just lying on the floor at the showers, noone picked them up 🙈

Quite nice breakfast, friendly staff, very clean

The hotel is quite outdated (both the room and common areas). If you are going just for the spa, you should find some other place, because at least the common spa areas (adult-jacuzzi and couple saunas, adult+children-small swimming pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas) are small. Also, the location is far away from the city centre (at least 30 min walk minimum). in general, hotel for me seems to be overrated and much overpriced

Room is perfect: spacious, with many facilities. Warm welcome from the staff is much appreciated: chocolate bar at the arrival, chocolate candies and water every day, various towel sets, nice compact coffee machine and teapot, view to the pool and playground. Kids room is well equiped. Great area around swimming pool(there are 3 pools). Good for children, but it may be challenging to find a sunbed in a shadow. There are bikes for rent, with babyseats and helmets. Restaurant serving great food, both for breakfast and from regular menu.

There are abandoned buildings nearby. 30-40 minutes walk to the center(promenade) is almost never a good decision when it's hot. There are no uber or carsharing or things like that in Palanga. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach is not a big effort to take, but still if you forgot smth or plans changed, it can make you tired. There are villas with shorter distance to the beach. Parking can be full in the weekends, you will find place elsewhere, but not so quick and in distance.

Exceptionally comfortable, big thanks to hotel stuff for their attention to every guest: exceptionally good communication on reception, in SPA, in restaurant. We were feeling very comfortable and very welcome in every place in hotel where we were. On Suturday we enjoyed DJ in lobby bar, live music and special evening menu in restoraunt - seems all guests were happy and dancing. I like SPA zone, Thailand massage. Massage for children is also good. Breakfast is very good: good selection and a lot of fruits.

The outside swimming pool temperature could be more higher when weather is not hot outside, especially in the mornings. Outside swimming pool for babies was cold and almost nobody were using it. It could be more “bean bag” beds near outside swimming pools.

Comfortable and spacy room, great breakfast, clean SPA.

Restaurant staff seemed to have challenges with English language and they were too confused overall. It set our mood off a bit until we got to order from menu as waiters were returning multiple times to our table to clarify simple things although all we wanted was just to order from standard menu rather than the special Greek menu they anticipated everyone will order from and which was only in Lithuanian.

The SPA was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was a nice addition. Location is good, but quite a walk to Palanga centre.

Breakfast was not up to the level of a 5* hotel. Eggs were not well-flavoured, the variety was ok, but the quality left much to be desired. The SPA didn’t have any signs for no-tech and most people were lying on the long-chairs on their phones or tablets, doesn’t make for a relaxing time in the SPA.

Good SPA zone, comfortable rooms, big bathroom, good food on breakfast and in the restaurant.

Little outdated, but still good. Cleaning of the rooms started at 8am and it was disturbing.

Everything was perfect - a really comfy room, friendly staff (especially maids and masseurs, receptionists). The food was delicious as well. I am definitely coming back.

The bar staff (especially waiters) were too familiar. Although they were very friendly we are still clients, not their buddies. We felt very uncomfortable listening to their jokes and comments about our stay during the dinner. There should be a line and difference between behaviour in the restaurant and pub.
