Personal at the reception was lovely and polite; lady at breakfast could be a bit more positive - just looked really tired of everything. The location of hotel was perfect for our needs, also the bus stop is next to it, so it's comfortable to get a transport to city center. Despite that a hotel location is quite near to big road - it was very calm and quiet inside.

All staff in different shifts were kind and friendly. Breakfast was good and rooms were well cleaned. From the hotel, you can easily get to the city center by bus.
I forgot my jacket in the room and I contacted the hotel about it the next day. The hotel said that no jacket was found in the room...well, it was my own fault.

The hotal situated in a calm and nice region of Vilnius. A food market is very close. Comfortable beds, nice shower, polite and nice personel.
The kettle and a little fridge in a room would be a huge plus.

We were family (2+2) for one night, room was perfect size and clean with a big bed and two sofas. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free car parking just near the hotel. Breakfast was available only as a prepackaged set, but just because of covid restriction. McDonald's just near the hotel, works till midnight
Shower is mounted hard on the wall, not a hand-shower that's why a bit difficult to take a shower without wetting a hair or if you need to wash a baby.

Once you’ve booked a room you get a message that you’re only able to check in from2 till 6pm, however it’s incorrect as the hotel was still accepting guests at 11pm despite them not answering phone calls. You’re unable to see this on the app, however, it is visible through the web browser

For me, it was important they have a parking place for car (and it is free of charge👍🏻)
It wasn’t smth i did not like, just it is economy, you dont have to expect much, like douche gel or shampoo in the bathroom. But it’s fine, when you know what you get and good value for price

Man at reception/check was very helpful and friendly... Also we had paid for breakfast but on arrival realised we would be leaving before breakfast would start so he give us a breakfast bag to go with in the morning
