Almost everything was exellent. Room are big, comfotable, the beds were too comfortable.

We did not get the same room we booked, but in the end, as an apology, we got two rooms that met our expectations.

The bed was exceptional, breakfast was plentiful, the room had everything necessary.

The bathroom is strange to say the least, the walls are transparent glass, it has no window nor ventilation, there’s only a courtain that stops the person in the room from seeing the one in the bathroom, but even with the door closed they could hear your every move.

Breakfast and location were great. We walked a bit but it's close to the centre. Being next to the city park and the river is good for nature lovers. Service was good. Our every request was answered.

1 pillow was missing for my daughter even though I booked a room for 3 people. The pillow did not come the first time I said it and the pillow was given the second time I said it. The coffee maker was in the room but the tea pack was opened and there was no coffee at all. It was given the second time I said it. There was also a party downstairs at the bar that night, even though an apology message was left. The time of the live music lasted until 01:30 at night. It could have been finished earlier or the volume could have been lowered.

Situated near the center, next to a very big stadium. Next to it is a flowing river. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean, there are enough space inside the room. You don't see yourself stuck in a small room. Breakfast has many to choose from - an open buffet. Healthy and delicious.

You cannot find a parking place easily. Ask for help from the hotel to park your vehicle. Need time to get it. You must pay extra to enter the spa. Disappointing.

I liked the facilities. The breakfast was great, the spa was also good. The customer service also good once I got there.

The number listed is not the number to call for help. I honestly was confused as I thought I was stating in an apartment. I couldn't even iron. And I had to move rooms because the heating and television didn't work and it took a little while to get me moved which caused me to be a little late. Communication while on the road traveling to the place was awful. They shouldn't list the contact number if they aren't to be contacted at that number. That's frustrating.

Staff on reception is very slow and bit unprofessional by check in and by creating invoices.You better prepare it will take some time. It is open space,everybody is jumping on clerk;or phones are ringing all time and noobdy respect you are in discussion with receptionist.Same in restaurant staff is bit dis-organised for such a hotel service which you expect.Keep guests waiting to order the food and drings,or just to bring menu is so slow...But hoping this can be improved by better training bcs is really great hotel

The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk to the main square.

The rooms did not have wardrobe and hangers, so there was no possibility to hang clothes. The first night and the next morning there was no warm water in the shower, but then the management said that it was a problem in the entire hotel which got sorted out the next day.

The staff was friendly and helpful and did their best to sort out my problems. I enjoyed the free bicycles.

I had sort of a bad start, because the electricity in my room went on and off, and the telephone did not work, so I could not call the reception about it. They ended up putting me in another room, and there everything was just fine. The data on booking.com indicated that there was an indoor swimming pool with no additional charge. That turned out to be wrong. Free of charge was only for the neighbouring hotel, while guests in my hotel had to pay extra. Due to the obvious misunderstanding, they chose to let me use the pool without charge.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre. The room is spotless clean, modern and elegant. It is good value for money. The hotel has a great gym and spa, and it is close to a park where you can go for a run on the river.

My room was a bit noisy as there was music playing until very late in the evenings. If I were to go again, I'd ask for a room at a floor higher up. Additionally, although the breakfast spread is rich, it does not include many vegan options (still, there are 2 plant milks).

Modern furnished, beutiful view on the river, nice big windows and balcony. Perfectly equiped. No so far from the center, nice walk for sightseeing.

Additional beds for kids were not comfortable. Also I think it is a perfect appartment for couple but not for family with children as the bathroom has one wall totally made by glass and it is possible only partially use the curtain. So using the toilet or shower you can’t feel comfortable because other people in the room can see you and you can’t do anything.
