The Hotel was new and very stylish the spa was nice would have like a pool or jacuzzi also

The breakfast No freshly squeezed orange juice No cut fruit in which you get in all breakfast restaurants Boiled eggs were all hard no choice I asked for Strawberry yogurt on the last day and we’re told they had none No tea/coffee service offered by the staff had to get our own At 10am on the dot all breakfast items were cleared away without even asking the guests if they needed anything else. The only bar had no food menu to order Very disappointing experience let’s the Hotel down.

It is a remarkable 5-star hotel and probably one of the best in Skopje. The lounge area, restaurant, rooms and Spa are all up to standard and expectation. Having a parking lot was another plus point. The service is exceptional and one gets a good feel of being in a luxury hotel. We will be back.

The only drawback is that the hotel had no indoor/outdoor pool, not even at the Spa. This is usually standard for a 5-star rated hotel so we were a bit disappointed in this regard.

just location a, a little bit out from the centre and, being construction site, you need to make a big tour just for going 200 meters towards the centre. probably it will be better soon.

Very attentive stuff, great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms. Excellent parking. Hotel is close (10min walk) to the absolute inside of the city.

Room smelled a tiny bit muffy/smoky.

The location is central with easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of foods (both cooked and cold). The hotel rooms are spotless. spacious and well-appointed. The staff at the reception are outstanding and friendly (I remember only one name - Dragana - who was genuinely helpful and efficient). The staff are also efficient in booking a restaurant in the city and a taxi. I plan to return to this hotel. The SPA facility, including saunas, are clean and comfortable.

The service staff in the restaurant serving breakfast are slow in noticing what is missing (e.g. milk, cups, croissants, eggs). In the bathrooms and hotel rooms there were (again) no glasses. In my room, the minibar (which was well-supplied) was not working, so I could not access cold drinks (including water). The construction is still ongoing in the immediate vicinity, but the window insulation is perfect and the workers start working only at about 7:30 am. I was in this hotel two times before, and the construction site is now much more advanced, so it is a bit less loud than before. I missed furniture to relax after taking a sauna - there is ample space, but no furniture for this. Very unusual.

Great location with walking distance to the city centre. Very high class hotel with excellent service. When booking the hotel I mentioned that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay and I immediately received a message that our room had been upgraded. The big and pleasant surprise awaited us when we arrived. Our room was just great with fantastic decorations with heart shaped balloons and other stuff. Everything was just perfect!

A really high class hotel for a budget price in August. Huge room, comfortable beds, really good soundproofing (internal and external), properly dark curtains, great bathroom, good WiFi and aircon. Friendly staff, printed boarding passes for free. Good breakfast choice, eaten on the 5th floor terrace. Nice for an evening meal too. Huge, free underground parking.

Hard to find much to criticise except the terrible Nescafé coffee from the machine at breakfast! A point of note, not a criticism, is that the current construction around the hotel means you have to take a circuitous route to walk to the centre. This should be temporary though, I assume.

+ Room well done, clean and spacious + Bed lays well and bath great + Spa well equipped with sauna, Finnish bath (minus point was that it was not sufficiently heated) and Turkish bath + Spacious parking + Kind client oriented staff

- WiFi signal is weak. Internet connection disturbed frequently. - Massage expensive and soft. Bit annoying was that the women asked too frequently whether every thing was good and they were too strict with the time. Next to that, when asked for doing bit stronger massage the woman said: “you have paid for classical, if you want stronger you have to pay more”. Up to her recommendation we changed to Balinese, but bit strange that she responded like that and could not just do it a bit stronger. All in all it not contributed to making it a complete relax time” - At 7:15h cleaning ladies started talking loud in the room 1115 which is next to our room 1114 and which rooms are connected with an internal door. It was very hearable and woke us up. It continued at least for one hour.

New hotel, In walking distance to the city center (5 minutes). Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Free parking in a hotel garage.

Construction works on a new mall and business/residence center around the hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, guests experience genuine Turkish hospitality and kindness. Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel has already solidified its position as one of the best hotels in Skopje. Once works finish, it will shine in all its splendour. The tiny discrepancies in execution do not mar the generally good impression, and guests must consider the hotel is located amid a construction site. The guest experience is top-tier. The hotel’s greatest advantage is the vast conference centre and the main hall with a view. The utterly inviting restaurant was fantastic because of its spaciousness and interior design. Located on the fourth floor, the restaurant overlooks the stunning Vodno Mountain. We can easily imagine the event as a venue for conference dinners, parties or welcome receptions. A smaller spa centre was impressive, even though it could do with a pool. Still, the exceptional hammam and a broad selection of massage therapies compensated for the drawback.

When selecting the rooms, make sure to book one on the upper floors, as views of the construction site opposite the hotel slightly spoil the final impression. Several inconsistencies in the design prove the owners rushed the project. However, we believe the management will quickly resolve the problems, such as pieces of hanging wallpaper etc.
