Wonderful experience I am not a review writing type of person. But this hotel is so good, i really wanted to write this as a gesture of our appreciation. We stayed here for 6 nights and we are checking out today. My only regret is not staying longer. Here are my honest comments based on my observations during my stay. After i booked our room, i received a message from the hotel offering a transfer from the airport. A top of the range vip mercedes s class picked us up from the airport. The driver was waiting for us right at the exit with a name card in his hand. Coming out of the airport he was the first thing we saw. We were in the hotel in around 20 mins. Check in was very easy and quick. Location of the hotel is the best in Skopje in my opinion. It is right next to the river. There are walking and cycling paths along the river to both ways. One way goes to the heart of the city centre (5 mins walk) and the other goes to a beautiful park (2 mins walk) which also has a zoo. Also there are bridges to cross the river on both sides of the hotel in 2 min walking distance. On the other side of the hotel there is a stadium and behind the stadium there are many pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars. The ones we tried were good and the people going out in this area were nice and very well mannered too. I believe this is the good or may be and most probably the best part of the city. Food and drinks were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was very nice and included in our room price. Other than that, when we first came to Skopje we were looking for places to eat out, to see different places and culture. Then we tried hotels food. We liked it so much we ended up having 2 room services, 1 lunch and 3 dinners at the hotel. Each and every single one of them were great. Delicious, timely, reasonable priced and the portions were big too. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. Every single member of the staff was great. They were very kind, very well mannered and good at their jobs.

The breakfast was very good. It had a good range of Macedonian and international food choices. The room we stayed in was a good size and clean. It was well equipped with a supply of things like tea/coffee and bathroom items. The reception staff at the Spa were very helpful and friendly. It seemed as though they enjoyed their jobs and were happy to serve customers!

The swimming pool was cold! When checking in it felt like we had to ask lots of questions to find out simple details that we would have been expected to be told such as the time and location of breakfast. Now, it might just be that we were very quick to ask questions (!) but it did feel as though if we hadn't really been given much information when we checked in. It would have been helpful if we could have paid the city tax when booking the room rather than on departure from the hotel.

Spa, pool, steam room and sauna were great and a huge plus for staying at this hotel. I had a 60 minute massage which was good and reasonably priced. Gym was impressive with everything that you would need.

The check-in experience took longer than expected. I'm quite sure we requested twin beds ahead of time, but our room only had a double, so they set up an extra bed in the room, but I would have preferred a twin room from the start. Having said that, the staff dealt with it professionally and as fast as they could.

We liked the interior, it's very nice, the rooms as well as the view of the river. The SPA is comfortable and clean, the gym is well equipped. The food from the "Four" restaurant is very tasty and the prices are decent. Special thanks to the maid who maintains the rooms on the 2nd floor, she is wonderful.

The reception has no idea about the opening hours of other facilities (spa and gym). I woke up at 6am to do my workout, but it didn’t happen, I just wasted my time. On the door of the gym it is written that the working hours of 6am every day, however, even round 7.30am none of the employees showed up at their workplace. The girls at the reception desk in the SPA seem to be mute, English 0 points, lack of interest at a high level, we needed to asked them for several times for every little thing. Sadly, on the last day of our stay, two members from our family had food poisoning at breakfast

Love the bed. It is super comfortable. The room is spacious with modern design.

The interior at the breakfast room is nice but all the tables and chairs untidily left outside the glass window don't make a good impression. Food in the containers are a bit cold. Also the housekeeper shook the door handle aggressively instead of knocking politely to check if the guest is in the room. I opened the door to see, she looked back and simply walked away. Overall, the hotel needs to work a bit harder to keep up with 5*.

As previously, their support has been incredible . My mother was welcomed and treated like a royalty. She loved her room and comfortable bed, the delicious breakfast and coffee (topped up few times). Also they helped her book taxi around town and the coach back home. Great, great hospitality!

the place of the hotel is very quiet and good. you can go everywhere walking by 10 minutes. the rooms are clean and good. the staff olsa kindly and helpful. ı like berakfast, and spa. the view was soo good ı like it. ı didnt have any problem. ıf ı travel again in skopje ı will choose this hotel again.

ı dont like swimming pool it was very cold and dont have warm pool. thats one only bad thing on my vocaiton.

even though relatively new, the rooms are already a bit worn. the service in the restaurant is very bad: the brought the wrong food three (!) times and spilled the beer. the gym is always very crowded because it is open to externals, the spa is quite small, a little pool with rather cold water and a small saune. massage was average.

Our room was absolutely great, it was huge and well decorated! The hotel itself was very well decorated also, the gym was great, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Nice walk down the river to the main centre. Despite a few negatives, we did enjoy our stay.

The free parking wasn’t great as was not clear and we had to pull up precariously outside the hotel and ask where to go. The staff at breakfast were pointless and the whole affair felt chaotic - there was no one there to greet us, no advice on what the set up was, no one showed us to a table.
