The location is great as it’s a 10 minute walk from the old town in a quite area. A great swimming pool is nearby - reason why I chose the hotel. The staff is very nice and available 24h/24h. Room very clean and comfortable

Maybe a better working stationary in the room. Only a small table - with tea and coffee, which I moved away - and an armchair (not ergonomic to work).

Location was close good. Room size was big but no bedside lamps or power outlets. I had some laundry done and it was obvious it was washed only in water, no soap. Waste of money. Little things ruin the good.

Regarding the room, the Shower consisted of a Rainshower Head and a hand held head. The valve to divert to the Rainshower head was broken/missing so unusable and holder for handset would not stay in place so had to use some tape to hold it up high enough to use as a shower. I had some laundry done and it was obvious it was washed only in water, no soap. Waste of money. Little things done poorly ruin the good things.

Huge room with high ceilings and lots of light. Big terrace and city views. Comfy bed, AC and wifi worked well. Very quiet overall. We thought breakfast was great, but that's obviously subjective. In any case, it's plentiful and there is a self-operated coffee machine. The elevator from the basement parking to the room was super convenient for our big suitcases. Very friendly staff. 5-10 min walk to the center. Can't ask for more, would stay again.

The only thing I find annoying in lots of Balkan hotels is the half glass shower wall. It keeps the actual toilet dry, but everything else gets really wet even if you try aiming the shower towards the wall. On the plus side, slippers were provided.

Great experience. Although very close to the city center, the location is on the side street and very quiet. There is a free garage in the basement. The room is very spacious, with a seating/working area separate from the sleeping area. The breakfast is great, and the staff is extraordinary - very friendly and supportive. Excellent Covid-19 protection measures. Highly recommended. I've been several times here and looking forward to come again.

Nothing at all.

The triple room was massive, with a comfortable living room and balcony. It also included a fridge with water and kettle to make coffee (which was provided). It was nearly 40 degrees when we visited and the air-conditioner was very powerful and kept us cool. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with lovely soap/shampoo. The staff were friendly and very helpful and provided laundry service at a reasonable cost. The walk to the main square was less then 10 minutes, less than 20 to the bazaar. Lastly, the underground parking was perfect- we didn't drive much in Skopje and was happy to leave it parked there for 3 days.

Location, very big rooms, extremely polite and helpful staff. At breakfast you have the possibility to make your own orange juice and lemonade from fresh fruits ( really appreciate that) there is also a toaster to make warm sandwiches. Although at breakfast most of the food is processed like ( canned tuna, canned meat, pudding…) they seemed to be good quality and you can also find fresh fruits, bacon, cheese and fresh cooks eggs.

I notice that the inside of the furniture was not so clean but that didn’t bother us since we only stayed one night. I gave a 9 because the bathroom got flooded while I took a shower ( maybe is not a big deal drainage might have been blocked) and the glass from the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste ( that was really unpleasant)

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - you can reach all the city's attractions by walking, and the bus station is just a few minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. There is even free parking available in the hotel garage for your convenience. The rooms at Hotel Premier are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean - perfect for a relaxing stay. What's more, the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We were traveling with a one-year-old baby, and the staff were quick to organize a child chair for us when it wasn't initially available, allowing us to enjoy breakfast together as a family. When it came time for us to check out, we needed a bit of extra time due to our flight later in the evening, and without hesitation, the hotel allowed us to stay as long as we needed with our baby, without any extra charge.

Breakfast was nice, but not large in choices. Nice staff, clean room. 17 minutes from the city center (it is plus and minus at the same time).

There was written, when ordering the room - city view. Nope, there was a view of other houses' windows. Poor breakfast. They could keep your suitcases after checkout, but there is no specific, safe place for that (not safe). Old hotel, old rooms old bed, hair dryer was so old and so noisy...

What a fantastic hotel! We have previously stayed at Hotel Premier prior to our trip in 2023 and have always loved staying there because of the kindness the staff have showed and the wonderful upkeep of the hotel. Since our last stay, they have completely renovated the hotel. Our room has always been clean. We had a large room which now has a new bathroom. It felt warm and really cozy. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of different foods. The staff were exceptional. They assisted us with anything we needed and we’re always kind and respectful. We look forward to staying at Hotel Premier again on our next visit to Macedonia!

It was great staying in Skopje, we had a huge suite with a large terrace, for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was self service and a lot of choise of different food. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is in a good location, all attractions are on a short walking distance.
