1) Cleanlisness 2) Ease of check-in & Check-out 3) There is a convenient store downstairs, although it's not 24hrs 4) near to JB CIQ 5) Easy to get grab 6) Seriously look into my review about the cleanliness after my last stay, and this time, the floor is cleaner and not sticky.

1) The couch in the living room has not much of a cushion 2) Shower curtain should be installed in the toilet cum bath room. otherwise the whole toilet is wet after a shower.

Really one of the best home I’ve stayed so far! Firstly, the location is really great. You can get to City Sqaure within 5 mins with grab. It’s also very very near CIQ so you will feel assured when you stay at this property. The whole apartment is really spacious and it was very clean. Felt really comfortable and eased at this property even though it was a short trip. The team managing this apartment is really awesome too! They will give you heads up and update on the status of the apartment! They were also very friendly and approachable so you just let them know any of your requests and they will try to accommodate to your needs. Self-check in process was very fast and effective with the instructions given by the team. The surrounding of the environment is very quiet unlike staying in hotel in JB so you can ensure that you get the peace and rest you need with them. Facilities wise, I’m not sure about the pool and gym as I didn’t have time to explore them, but I like how there is a mart below so you can get any basic necessities or food/drinks you want and stored in the fridge provided! Overall really really love this apartment, and I will come back again! ❤️

Although I love this apartment a lot, I realised that the network is really really very slow. No matter if you’re on roaming or using Malaysia line, the network is really bad. Things can take some time to load, hence will advice you to get your own SIM card with more data and choose a better service provider. And yes, wifi is provided but it is also slow but I don’t think it’s their issue but it’s more of the apartment issue. Unsure why both wifi and data is slow at this apartment.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff response on the WhatsApp was excellent and would usually reply within seconds. The location was convenient, close to dining options. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Sometimes, the internet would get disconnected or slow. Also, the doors of the rooms were closer to each other and if the other room guests would slam the door, you could easily hear it. Sometimes if there are many guests, the doors would be slammed multiple times.

Overall comfortable and the bed and pillows with the bedsheets are clean and new. My apartment is only good for one person. Facilities were great, swimming pool was clean.

Apartment is a studio. There was no sofa, no dinning table and chairs. Just a bed, one folding chair, one vanity top and the kitchen. Should at least provide a dinning table and 2 chairs. No living area. The public washing machine is shared with workers washing their attires and the washers are filthy.

The room is simple but it has all the stuff I need as a traveler. The location was easy to find. The instructions for check-in was very clear, I didn't need the assistance from the guard/host once we were there. I also love that it's quiet since we came straight from KL via a bus so we really need a quiet place to stay at for a good rest. I like that there's a coin laundry shop beside the convenience store too.

The WiFi connection was slow. I had to use my limited data while we were there.

Location was good. There was an amazing restaurant across the street called Yemani absolutely incredible food and so cheap. Amazing large pool to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

The streets around the apartment were very busy and a new highway under construction. You need to get a cab or grab to get anywhere, shopping centres for example. Not really a big issue as they come quickly and are very cheap.

The pool was nice and water was clean. Being a private facility there was hardly anyone else using it. The gym was also well-equipped. Apartment was clean and adequate. Nothing much to really complain about. Everything was working well.

Sofa was really hard. Could do with two more towels. Nothing at all around the area. But grabcar is just 5-10rm around town, so not really an issue.

The location was super convenient, it’s really close to the border! The room was spacious and clean.

2 out of 4 of the lifts were not working during our first day. On second and last day, only one lift was working, which was quite annoying especially as the lifts were not exactly large, and the property is 39 storeys high. The toilet within the room was a little small, but works.

Good to have Mrs Who cafe below. Nice coffee.

Due to construction site outside, the direction and signage are poor especially at night and our car got directed to enter the multistory carpark of komtar when we actually want to go out of the premise. One enter wrongly no way out but to enter the car park and got charged for entry..

Nice Bed Spacious Place Nice View Working Electronics *There was a sudden Blackout in the unit after 12mn, good that owner provide numbers that can be called after 11pm, they did their best to solve the issue asap, kudos to them*

The bathtub doesn't seem clean enough to be used The floor is quite dusty
