1. Good design, very unique & instagramable 2. Small room but just nice for couple, still acceptable 3. Request for simple & free deco, and i got swan towel. Thanks! 4. Front staf is very nice, forgot to ask his name. but he greet us, carry our bags, provide waters while we waiting for checks in & even hand out umbrella(it’s raining) when we came back from shopping. 5. Breakfast was great. So many choices! Didn’t put my hope high because previous reviews said not many choices. but, i was lucky. 6. They got private beach! We rent motorcycle from the resort (RM10 for 1 hour) to go there. The route very rough, please be careful. but the beach so beautiful! no one there, just us..able to catch the sunrise. The resort’s dog also very friendly, he escorts us half way & scared away the stray dogs for us. Don’t worry, he is good & know how to keep distance. 7. No late night party

1. no place to hang our clothes 2. room not sound proof, can hear all the vehicles at the car park & people chit chatting outside 3. During my stay(at night), there are people (staff) argument/fight. They were yelling at each other just under my unit. I was there the whole time watching the drama, but they seemed to ignore the guest but keep fighting. Even when i went back inside, i still can hear them yelling. The manager / supervisor should take action since it will tarnish the image of the resort. No one apologies after that. It’s kinda ruined my night.

Too much party on the pool and drinking alcohol just nearby the pool. So we Muslim not comfortable to swim and enjoying time at the pool.

Super comfy bed. Lots of staff around the site made it feel like a holiday resort as opposed to just a hotel. Lots of parking for cars. Air con worked well in room. Food in the bar was very good (beef rendang, curry noodles and five beers cost around RM70). Staff on the bar very kind and chatty. Shower gel /shampoo/ toothbrush provided free of charge. Really good value for money compare to anything in the UK, can't speak for.value Vs other Malaysian places.

Aircon constantly dripping outside around the rooms meant everything was damp outside the rooms all the time. Not great soundproofing meant you can hear everyone and anyone walking past your room, or music that goes on at the pool until late, or the constant drip drip drip of the Aircon machines. Bean bags to sit around pool were mouldy. Be prepared for the hill to get up to the venue. We hired a car and it was pretty tense getting up and down!

The room is very comfortable and clean, the pool is great and the staff is very helpful and polite. We were able to book tours from the resort and also rent motorcycles to spend the day. It was a great choice and when we return we will definitely stay there again.

It is a bit far from the main beaches. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but no big deal. Our bathroom had a leak in the sink, which was fixed by the staff, but it recurred at the end of our stay. We also noticed that they did not clean the bathroom thoroughly at maintenance. The breakfast table is not completely covered at all times, so sometimes flies are left crawling all over the food. Also, I missed more western food options in the buffet.

Great concept! This hotel is designed in a fun way. The pool is great! Rooms are simple but very comfortable. Breakfast is fair and the food of the restaurant is pretty good. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Super close to nature. Monkeys will come right by the pool before being chased by the staff.

It's loud. This is the downside of this concept. If you are by the pool then you will hear a lot of noise coming from the other guests until at least 10pm and then again early in the morning. Location is ok if you have a car. Otherwise it's pretty far from everything.

The breakfast has toast, nasi lemak, porridge and cereal with milk, coffee and juices. The staff is attentive and polite. The room is spotless and wifi is strong. Bed and pillow is comfy. Welcome drink and cool towel is served on arrival too.

You have to remember your room number and the direction because the resort is in circular so you may forgot where your room is located. As all the room connected with the common passage way, so expect someone to pass by your room if the blind is not close. Reachable by car/bike/taxi only

Everything was great. The view was excellent. I chose the nature view so we woke up in the morning seeing beautiful trees drizzled with morning dew. the food was delicious. My husband especially love their nasi lemak. The staff were friendly and helpful. We travelled with breastmilk and needed to store it in the fridge, so the staff took care of it immediately. the location very near to Kuah city. It's easy to travel to Langkawi jetty in the morning.

The bathroom doesn't have any doors. So whenever anyone needs to use the toilet, you can guess the smell. 🤭

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great. The music was not loud and did not play all night long. Either they have changed or previous reviews were a bit sensitive. Breakfast was tasty and choice was good. We stayed for 7 days and did not get bored of breakfast. The staff was very helpful and since the place is not that big it is more cosy and private. Would definitley stay there again. The resort is a bit further away from the main attractions so a car or a scooter is advisable. They rent them in the resort as well.

Our neighbours were smoking inside so the smoke came to our bathroom from the ventilation. The staff were kind and helpful but you just can't change some people. Could have used more space to store our clothes. Since we stayed for a week, a wardrobe would have been great.

Perfect accommodation for relaxing. The pool is close to all of the rooms. The employees are amazing, they are super helpful, and patient and are prepared to answer any questions you might have about your stay on the island. If you have any issues they will find a solution. Great staff! You get high-quality service quality for a reasonable price. They provide extra services as well (scooter renting etc.) There is a restaurant where they serve quality main courses. The room was well-equipped and cleaned perfectly.

If you want to take a taxi you might need to wait for a little as not all of the drivers will pick you up at that location.

Very convenient and most of all, it was very privacy from outside world. It just 5 minutes riding from Pekan Kuah to here. Only the way up to A Rock Resort quite challenging if you are not familiar with high hills road. But, its ok. All of my friends enjoying it so much staying here. And for sure, if they are coming back to Langkawi, definitely A Rock Resort will be their choice. And also the staff is very friendly. Kudos to all of them. From the guard house, receptionist and the guy at the cafe. They always helpful anything you needed.

No TV inside room, but we don't need it when you are not in the room most of the time. Should have towel hanger inside toilet. The rest is almost perfect. 🥰
