The staff were friendly and the hotel was continually cleaned. The facilities were all working well. Really enjoyed staying there. A short distance away there was a Macdonalds and then there was also some shops and different eating places. They had a swimming pool but didn’t have time to use it. They are conscious about using less plastic so encouraged people to refill using the water dispenser on the first floor.

There are no lifts and the room we had was on the second floor and so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs which was fine as we came with carry on luggage. Might inconvenient for elderly and wheel chair users.

Excellent value for the price, very clean pool, friendly staff who let us check in early, super clean and big rooms with all amenities provided, very comfortable beds, cold AC, coffee/milo provided for free, water boiler in room, drinking water machine and ice available for free, snacks for sale at front desk, many tables in lobby to do work at, walking distance from local restaurants and shops. One of the best budget hotels I've stayed in.

I love the location as it is really near to the attractions place and accessible to all of the gourmet we had planned before arrival. Staff was attentive to our queries and friendly 😊 As according to previous comments, yes their beds indeed comfortable and WiFi signals is strong.

The pool should be cleaned regularly, I forgot to mention it to the staff the water was muddish color.

Room 212 room corridor near the mirror there light no function. Reading table adapter plug nonfunction. The rest cleaning comfortable super nice. Especially the king size bed super comfortable. Pls maintain it. Will come travel again for next trip

Inside room can heard clearly if someone guests walking or talking loud at the outside corridor. Just suggest May place carpet on the corridor floor. Not sure effective or not😅

VALUE FOR MONEY! ROOMS AND BED WERE CLEAN! WE COULD WALK TO THE SEAFOOD RESTAURANTS. ABOUT 1.8km. (DURING RAYA NO GRAB DRIVERS) FOR BREAKFAST IS ABOUT 600metres. CONVENIENCE STORE MAYBE 200metres. SO CONVENIENT! STAFFS WERE FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SMILING! LOVE IT! ESPECIALLY IKA, SHE WAS SO ACCOMODATING TOWARDS OUR REQUESTS! EVEN THE CLEANERS WERE SO ACCOMMODATING AND POLITE! LOVE IT!

The fact that the pool is just 1m away from room door, it is a SUPER BONUS for my stay. my kids woke up and jump right into the pool everytime. That advantage is something i did not get anywhere else before, especially considering the price i paid.

The staff seems unprepared in many ways. Even the request for room service came very late. They look like they are just started, or restarted, with many interior looks unready. Just give them few more times maybe everything will be a lot better. Food also not provided, even the shop next to it offering too much option. location is good enough anyway. (but the room advantages above, simply supercede all these weakness, so i don't mind.

So clean, I mean really clean, and amazing value for money. Very modern with a little cafe underneath as well, and parking is available. The staff were so friendly and we had lovely honeymoon decoration on our bed, was so beautiful.

Was a little far from the ferry.

As the price not high so I didn't put too much expectations on my stay, but when I step in the hotel overall is very nice and comfortable, lobby looks nice and instagrammable, boleh ambik gambar cantik cantik, staff very helpful and friendly! For room they did provide shampoo, shower gel, towels, toothbrush, mineral water, coffee and tea! I didn't expect it's included a these amenities, and the best part is they do have coway water machine, room is clean and cozy, lighting is just nice, water pressure is big enough, bed is comfortable, everything is just nice!!! It's really above my expectations! Thank you so much, definitely will be back next time 😊

Very polite professional helpful staff. Always ready to help with a smile. Great room for price. Very comfy beds. Pool area is good and clean. Plenty authentic local eating places within few mins walk.
