Staff was pleasant and helpful. Checking in and out was quick, no hassle. Call for bellboy was attended quickly. We had connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and good size. Water pressure was excellent with complimentary toiletries

Maybe additional selection of choices for buffet breakfast. I think it was adequate for that price. For the egg station, only have omelet though Im unsure whether they can do other types of eggs. For the room, I hope they change the steel chairs in the room - quite flimsy and not comfortable to sit, esp if you have to work on your laptop. And not many power points in the rooms Nevertheless, it was quite OK

Very good hotel in Kuah. The rooms are a bit old and could be renovated, but still all worked well and was really clean. The hotel is located close to the shops and Maha Tower. The staff is helpful and friendly. They didn’t make a problem with later check out. we fully recommend the place.

The breakfast were little bit boring but still good and in Malaysian style.

i dont like the breakfast, too simple, the bihun goreng is not signify ' breakfast at hotel'..the nugget also overcooked. coffee? - bad.may be u need to change to another brand of coffee n make it more thicker to fresh up the day. nasi lemak? 5/10 scrambled egg is the best.nice. u might add on some tranditional kuih muih just to remind people that they ar staying in one of the most popular hotel in MALAYSIA.

HIG hotel is close to the jetty, which is convenient. Close to night market as well & easy to find food. The staffs are all friendly. The most important thing is; THE BED IS SUPER COMFY!

The iron board is broken, and they just fix it using cellophane tape which is very inconvenient for me to use. I ended up ironing my clothes on the board, but on the floor :(

I am very satisfied with this hotel.The most exciting thing is the "Telekung" prayer and prayer table.I really appreciate it..The room was very clean .The staff was so friendly although i saw they are tired. The food also very nice with Malay style. The shopping complex also under the hotel. So easy...

I dont think i didn't like something about this hotel..

Normally my go to hotel for a shot work trip to Langkawi. The front counter staff are courteuos and accomodating. Nearby convenience store and duty free shopping.

Breakfast offering could be better. Upkeep to hotel could be improved as the htel starts to show its age.

Unexpected condition compared to the other hotels I've visited after MCO. Cleanliness and room conditions are very good. Even though there is a minor defect on the water tap in the toilet which I just want to use at 8 pm, it was immediately fixed. Luckily your maintenance guy is still there at night so it was manageable. Good job! 100 claps to all staff of HIG for the provided services.

Water tap problem. Wondering if the previous occupant didn't make any complaint or report on this part.

Friendly and helpful staff

Pillow case should be changed every time new hotel guest comes in. We had to request for it. Luckily the counter staff is supportive. Perhaps the housekeeping staff should be reminded.

All the facilities provided are superb. Total satisfaction for the whole long of my stay. The first hotel i ever knew provided praying equipment completely. Much suggested for muslims visitor. Near to 1 of the largest cheapest malls in Langkawi. Just a wall away.

Nothing that I dislike. All are superb.

The room size, the cleanliness, comfortable and facilities. Sajadah and tafsir are available.The nearby eating and shopping outlet. The seaview from room window nice.

Nothing really, just that I prefer the tafsir and the Islamic needs should only be given to those in needs. (To prevent misuse). My worries only.
