This place is just amazing. It’s quiet getaway from city. The breakfast was so good and the staff were just so nice to us and very helpful. Only thing to pay attention is that you will need to rent a car or scooter, because many taxis don’t want to drive there and they will cancel your bookings. They only want to drive at the main roads..we didn’t really mind it because we were driving ourself, but if you have to go with crab to somewhere by clock, keep in mind to book advance, or else you will be late. Overall we just loved it. Quiet qetaway.

A beautiful setting where you will see an abundance of wildlife in their natural habitat. The friendly and helpful staff added to the enjoyment and tranquility of our stay. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is a great place to spend time and listen to the sounds of nature. Breakfast is delightful and we were very impressed and happy how our dietary requirements were listened to and catered for. Breakfast also starts at 9am, so a nice relaxed morning is encouraged. The location, for us, was excellent. The beach is about 15 minutes away by scooter. Exploring the local village by day or evening also offers another relaxing activity. For the hospitality and relaxing stay, we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

The only criticism I have is that the WiFi would benefit from a booster router so that it reaches the rooms.

Our stay at Hujung Kampung wasn’t long enough! A lovely stay- a little bit out of the way but well worth it for the gorgeous surroundings. We felt truly zen relaxing by the 24hr pool and taking in all the nature. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. Without a doubt, what made this a 10/10 experience was the generosity, hospitality and care from the staff. It was truly above and beyond our expectations. The manager offered us lifts to and from the airport, but also around the island which was very helpful. They gave us complimentary drinks, a voucher for a fantastic sunset restaurant and were always friendly and helpful. We were also kindly invited to dinner at their home! A unique accommodation in Langkawi which we highly recommend.

We must thank Emma for making our stay so pleasant. Also like to thank her for getting up early to make breakfast as we had an early flight. Also her breakfast selection has many options and anything Emma made herself was delicious. The gardens were well maintained

The hotel is a beautiful low density resort in the middle of a village which is an unique type of accommodation in the middle of the big resorts in Langkawi. Zairul is the kindest person we met so far during our trip in Malaysia, doing his best for the hosts to be happy. He arranged for us scooter rental and pick up/drop off at airport which is quite convenient. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend few days in Langkawi, you should go for it :) We'll come back definitively!!

the most excellent was the staff working in hotel. also the pool in front room was great to take some relax after the work even anytime in the night; I can only strongly recommend this hotel for stay; FM from Japan; best regards to Emma :-)

Staff is really nice. Emma is really helpful. Breakfast is from 8-11, not too many options but delicious enough. The hotel is located within the forest, feel like a big hug to the nature. A car is need since it's a bit far away

The welcome was very nice, it felt like coming home! The people are so nice and open. From the moment they pick you up at the airport it felt like a warm bath. We wanted to have a chill ending of our holiday and this was more than perfect! Rooms are clean, breakfast is nice and the swimmingpool refreshing.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Free local breakfast is delightful and plentiful. Beautiful surroundings, including green paddy fields and coconut trees, reminds one of Bali. Comfortable bed and spacious room with a good hot shower. Hospitable host who kept in touch with us throughout our stay in Langkawi.

Lovely environment, very friendly and helpful staff, 5 star breakfast. The room is very tidy and spacious. The pool is lovely and 24/24 available. You are truly surrounded by nature.
