Bedroom was spacious and the bed is comfortable. But there was dirt and stain on bedsheet as if the staff didn't change the bedsheet and pillow sheet. Another thing, the lift were horrible. I have to wait longer time to go to another level. The lift stop at levels even there were no people there.

The KLCC night view was magnificent. The room is windowed all around for fantastic night view. We even shut off all the lights and stay in the dark to appreciate the night view. Love the small dining table with the KLCC view. I invited some friends/guests over and we ordered food and it was a nice hangout, suiting the name Tamu. Nice coffee sets, simple steam iron that works. Bed is comfy. The breakfast was nice too. The croisant was fantastic and keeps running out. The egg counter chef was very passionate about her work.

When I got into the room, I find it very spacious but some meaningless space like the long hallway. The table was oily and there's some gunk on the bedside lamp. Eww. I quickly wipe them with some wet tissues I brought with me. The bathroom has musty smell and the walls look yucky.

Good location and spacious room

Ordered food from the restaurant on the second night of stay. The food did not met our expectation. Aglio olio was full of pepper. Already told the waiter no chilli flakes, it's for my 7 years old daughter. Nasi goreng kampung was so salty. Maybe you can ask the chef to taste the food first before the waiter serve to the table. The family beside our table also complaining on their food. You must take it as a serious matters. Thank you!

The pool at Tamu is excellent and a real feature - amazing to be swimming 20 stories up amidst the skyscrapers of downtown KL. Breakfast was also excellent, great choice and a really nice eating area with helpful staff.

Location is a bit out of the centre, 10 minute walk to the metro which is a bit of a slog in the heat and humidity of KL. Cleaning is not of the highest standard, some areas look a bit worn.

Took the junior suite for New Year's Eve. The view was spectacular - Twin Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka 118. The fridge was not working - they changed the entire fridge and we were impressed. Parking is free as a guest, so that is a nice plus point. Loved the room surprise that the hotel did up for our wedding anniversary as well.

The room was noisy (we were on level 26) with tables and chairs moving at the restaurant at level 27 which can be heard. Prayers from nearby mosque was very loud from our particular room. Lifts did take a while to go up and down. Breakfast buffet was average - so don't expect too much.

Nice view and the room is very clean and comfy. The staffs were nice and the check in and check out process was very smooth. They gave complimentary bigger room because the room that I booked before was full. Breakfast was good compared to their dinner buffet.

Long loooonggg waiting time to use the lifts. Stayed for one night because my workplace held annual dinner there but somehow the food during that night was abit bland and not much of a choice.

Love the location of the hotel. It's a short walk to Kampung Baru KL, so no problem to look for dinner. A 15 minutes walk to Saloma Bridge. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel prepared variety of food to choose. My booking was a single room residence but the hotel gave me a free upgrade to 2 rooms residence. So great and wonderful. It got superb city view from the balcony.

Parking was quite difficult as the parking spaces for each level was limited. Seriously for SUVs, MPVs and larger vehicle will be difficult to drive as the limited spaces and the angles to make the turn was extremely difficult. The elevators were fast but the size of the elevators were too small. It can only accomodate less than 10 person.

1. tropical fruits from buffet table — watermelon with the seeds, green apple, oranges. the plating need an improvement. 2. the bowls for soup station are not deep enough for a child, it can be quite dangerous with hot soup. requested other bowl but was told they didn’t have any, while on buffet table they used plenty of deep bowl for ingredients and condiments. 3. since there is an egg station — to have a grinder for a black pepper would be great 4. the shower didn’t work properly with leaks hose, unable to change to rain shower
