Big spacious room and spacious toilet Just like my own house master bedroom. Better than most budget hotel that you can find in Kajang town area. Didn't expect the hotel was such good, after reading some of the bad reviews posted by others. Even my wife and son couldn't expect it. Just a short distance to MRT and a short walk to Kajang town. Famous Kajang satay is nearby as well.
Water pressure of water heater very weak as water pump of heater is not working from day one but that doesn't bother me as I manage to fixed it myself.

Room spacious and hotel rate are affordable even on longer stay. Walking distance to MRT and Kajang town. Famous Kajang satay restaurant is also nearby. On the ground floor there is a KK 24 hours convenience store beside the hotel. Worth the stay than any budget hotel around.
Water from the shower weak and one of the bed in the room which I stayed is a bit uncomfortable due to the mattress sagging in the middle. Could feel that some of the springs inside are loosen or broken.
